
I like that it is super-friendly for both the administrator and the employee. It is very intuitive, and if you don't understand something, you can reach out and get fast and easy.
It addresses all the pain points of HR in every organization and provides a great solution. We are a global start-up with 40 employees, and I used to do everything manually for three years. This is my personal savior as a stand-alone HR system. It allows the team to have transparency into their PTO balance, benefits, and team calendars.
Most importantly, I was a tough cookie to crack with implementation and my impossible schedule- it took a very long time. Still, Ben did not give up on me and really guided me through the process while taking charge when I was so busy that it seemed I had no time to finish this implementation.
