I have experienced that the workflow of Screendragon is a lot slicker than what we have used in the past. It saves admin by automation throughout, and the system overall is clear and intuitive for users to carry out what they need to do. The whole look and feel is lovely, and it's really intuitive, allowing users to know where they are at within the workflow at all times. I particularly like the estimate function and the breakdown area of the project as it allows me as a project manager to view the budget at a glance without the need for using a report. Then when you have completed an estimate, it takes the tasks into the work list and allows you to assign resources from there, and it's very slick. I love that it’s a customizable tool, and that we can tailor it to our needs even as those needs evolve and change.

Screendragon is a great product for resource and project management. It has full featured capabilities for project management but also allows that information of someone assigned to a project to be aggregated to understand the overall availability of that person across multiple projects. Along with this insight into resourcing available from projects, there are multiple methods of integrating data from sources outside of Screendragon to reduce the administrative overhead of managing multiple iterations of information across multiple systems as well as being able to receive data from Screendragon for any reporting\data mining purposes. The Screendragon team is a responsive partner in coming up with solutions, accepting feedback and overall communication. The product has capabilities for asset review\proofing and future staff planning as well. The software is flexible in its workflow customization allowing the application to support a number of different ways of working. Some of the features such as the asset approval\proofing module are not as robust or have as many capabilities as dedicated products in this space. But it is continually iterated and new features added over time as well as the ability to have an all-in-one solution. Some project management solutions have better organizing features but the product is constantly evolving and client feedback is strongly welcomed by the team to continue to improve the product. I really like the estimating function and ability to create new jobs and tasks at the click of a button. This will save our team a lot of time. The Screendragon team have been professional to work with and very responsive. Jack, Aisling, Sheffali, Michelle, Sean and Andrew have delivered good customer service and have been happy to support our platform customisation requests and supported our integration with our ERP system. I appreciate that Screendragon can be spun up quickly and nearly completely customized to your needs. Whereas some other workflow systems require you to remain within the confines of their standard structure and path and will not allow you to go back a step, Screendragon is highly customizable and even allows the admin to go to specific steps to make changes if needed. Having support who are creative in how different business problems can be tackled with changes to the config is integral to that and we've had great experience with our customer success manager and config team. It would be helpful to have more consult around changes requested. While Screendragon can typically make any changes requested, sometimes a change isn't the best for futureproofing the workflow. While we can test changes to determine any downstream effects , an initial consult or conversation around changes would help us balance out the pros and cons, especially if they can share what has worked for other clients in similar scenarios. The UI is great. It's easy to create profiles for others and to make changes to certain areas. I've been able to support on a daily basis, on the admin side, and training others has been great. Some of the buttons can be unclear as far as the routes they take as an admin. There isn't a way to cancel admin processes if pressed mistakenly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Firstly the platform itself, and the core benefit to Screendragon from my perspective is the endless options for customisation; we had a very specific brief and have managed to create something that is the perfect fit between our other platforms. The custom build enables anyone to build a platform that is simple and dynamic, and allows users to follow only the intended workflow which instantly improves proces consistency and speed.

Secondly, the implementation team have been phenominal in helping to get us to the end product, and ultimately launch day, kudos to Jack, Anna & Sean! The only thing that I could critique to date, would be the complexity of the admin console and settings; but I fully anticipated this as our build is so bespoke and I'm sure this will feel more comfortable with time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

For me it is a all in one tool. You can set up projectsm write CE´s in it. Screendragon makes it very easy to track you project budget. To set up tasks and ass them on to the responsible persons. To write you hours on a daily basis.

Working as a prpject manager this tool makes my job easier. I can track the costs on the daily / weeky basis. I see when I am planned to much ressources before I doing the work.

Also doing reports in different areas of a project or pulling our a timesheet is easy and understanable. You can export them into excel and customize it yourself.

Also the customer support is perfect. Because you can custimze Screendragon in some ways. If you need something the people working there are really trying to find a solution for you

For the basic of working with screendragon you need little training. Because it is quite self explaining. For th details there a lot videos to always learn more. This tool is easy to implementate and integrate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Rewrite a phase is not possible. Because all the old data will still be in there that is tricky sometimes.

Sometimes pulling a report and exporting to excel looks quite wild, but you get used to it.
