Screendragon is a great product for resource and project management. It has full featured capabilities for project management but also allows that information of someone assigned to a project to be aggregated to understand the overall availability of that person across multiple projects. Along with this insight into resourcing available from projects, there are multiple methods of integrating data from sources outside of Screendragon to reduce the administrative overhead of managing multiple iterations of information across multiple systems as well as being able to receive data from Screendragon for any reporting\data mining purposes. The Screendragon team is a responsive partner in coming up with solutions, accepting feedback and overall communication. The product has capabilities for asset review\proofing and future staff planning as well. The software is flexible in its workflow customization allowing the application to support a number of different ways of working. AI features are available that can be integrated into the platform providing additional functionality and insight into the information available. Overall it's a strong product and I highly recommend the application as well as the Screendragon team.
