Screendragon is a useful tool that is helping us centralise our working practices at a global level. Due to complexities of bringing multiple working practices on to one system it can be difficult to maintain within the adminstration side, however the team member we have assisting us on the implementation have been very responsive and helpful. Depending on your use case for the system it can be a steep learning curve, however, as mentioned the support from our Project Manager at Screendragon has been very helpful. Screendragon has been completely customisable to our needs. The team at Screendragon are excellent and have been very responsive to our requests. We definitely challenged the configuration team we worked with who spent a great deal of time sorting out our unique and complex workflow. Delighted that we were able to brand the workflow to our own design and great that we can change the homescreen with additional widgets when required. I was dubious about going with Screendragon as we are only a small company and SD mainly deal with mid to large size companies, but this was absolutely not a problem. Was frustrating sometimes that we couldn’t speak to someone on the phone and had to arrange a Teams call to discuss any issues. What problems is Screendragon solving and how is that benefiting you? SD has allowed us to elminate a lot of unecessary admin we've been doing and also given time to concentrate on the important things rather than repetitive work. It's enabled the business to focus on the quality rather than the quantity of what we do. Unlike other PM softwares we reviewed, Screendragon is completely customizable and flexible enough to meet the needs of our project managers, finance people, and resourcing team. It also has enough detail to make it a powerful tool, but not so much that it's overwhelming to a medium sized organization (that doesn't need an enterprise-type tool designed to be used by 100's/1000's of people). We are underutilising the complex systems Screendragon offers for a relatively simple use case, this can lead to confusion as many advanced options/services are not used.
