Most features/elements of the tool that don't work for our clients can usually be reconfigured, optimised, or switched off if needed! In the rare few cases where we've not been able to find a solution, the Screendragon team has worked with us to define optimal changes to the product, and added it to their product backlog. What problems is Screendragon solving and how is that benefiting you? Too much admin; multiple documents used with inaccurate information. No access to data; we had no access to project data. Lack of oversight across the Creative Department; we couldn't view all live creative projects in one place. Inaccurate project updates; we didn't have timely updates shared with the entire project team. Inaccurate team capacity understanding; we didn't have specific or accurate knowledge of team capacity at one time. Sporadic approvals; we were sharing work across multiple channels for creative and stakeholder approvals. Branded assets weren't easily accessible to stakeholder teams; resulting in unnecessary time for teams to source and share files; we didn't have one location to house branded assets. Screendragon is incredibly reactive to both required and 'nice to have' changes that the client requests, going as far as changing branding, theming and other aspects to mould the product into the most fit-for-purpose position. Some more specific tweaks can't be handled by our support team off the bat and have to be requested as engineering changes (which is understandable!), but it creates slightly longer turnaround times for less common design or functionality tweaks. You can organize claims creatively (with the SD team's help), as in auto-populating expiration dates and specific filters so you can find what you're looking for more easily. It's giving us a more centralized place to store our claims. I love how it keeps rejected claims accessible just in case they're needed again. Screendragon is a very flexible tool, and we've been able to roll out 4 different workstreams using it. It's easy to understand and configurations can be made pretty quickly. The support has been phenomenal and we can count on the Screendragon team to ensure we are creating an efficient and future proof process with our new worstreams through the tool. The asset viewer does not allow the user to enter workflow actions from there and that would eliminate an extra step for our end users to not have to return to the workflow to push it forward.
