I like that integrating SBSA Technology / EDI with COSTCO, BJ's, Walmart, Sam's Club, Lidl, and other retailers was quick and easy. The integration with our ERP system is another major benefit, especially since it supports our older but sophisticated produce system. Switching from XML to API integration for real-time data synch is fantastic. The SBSA team is great to work with and consists of different experts, which has been a tremendous help. They have done an amazing job in ensuring that our system aligns perfectly with our accounting and workflow needs. I also appreciate how seamless synching purchase orders into the ERP is; SBSA efficiently picks the tracking info and transmits it with the invoice.
