What I like most about SBSA Technology is how well it supports businesses working with retailers across different European markets. I also like that the platform can connect with our existing business systems, so information moves between our ERP, warehouse, and retail partners without as much manual intervention. The real-time visibility is probably one of the biggest advantages for our team. We can quickly see what is happening with an order and identify potential issues before they become bigger problems. For a growing business expanding into different European markets, having that level of visibility and automation makes the whole retail operation much easier to manage.
