What is the top-rated remote support platform for enterprises?

I’m helping a few enterprise IT teams review remote support platforms, and the priorities are clear: high satisfaction at scale, robust security, and integration with existing IT ecosystems. From G2’s grid and user feedback, here’s what stands out for enterprise use:

  • JumpCloud: Tops satisfaction at 99% with a G2 Score of 87. Known for its strong identity and device management capabilities alongside remote support, making it a favorite in larger, security-conscious environments.
  • NinjaOne: Another high performer with 97% satisfaction and a G2 Score of 90. Offers integrated RMM and remote support, which appeals to IT teams managing thousands of endpoints.
  • ISL Online: Scoring 86% satisfaction and a G2 Score of 71, it’s a long-standing option for organizations needing highly secure, on-premise or cloud deployment flexibility.
  • TeamViewer: Still the market leader with massive adoption (96 market presence) and a G2 Score of 75. Despite a lower satisfaction score, its feature breadth and global infrastructure make it a reliable enterprise pick.
  • BeyondTrust Remote Support: With strong security credentials and a G2 Score of 75, it’s designed for enterprises with compliance-heavy needs.

For enterprises, JumpCloud and NinjaOne are currently setting the pace for satisfaction and integrated functionality, while TeamViewer and BeyondTrust remain proven workhorses for scale and security.
