What I like most about SBSA Technology is how well it supports businesses working with retailers across different European markets. Managing different retailer requirements, order formats, shipping documents, and EDI processes can become complicated very quickly, especially when you are selling across multiple countries.

SBSA gives us one place to manage these connections instead of having separate processes for each retailer. It has made it much easier to keep track of purchase orders, ASNs, invoices, and order status while working with different retail partners. I also like that the platform can connect with our existing business systems, so information moves between our ERP, warehouse, and retail partners without as much manual intervention.

The real-time visibility is probably one of the biggest advantages for our team. We can quickly see what is happening with an order and identify potential issues before they become bigger problems. Because SBSA covers a lot of different EDI, retailer, and integration requirements, there is naturally some time needed to become familiar with all of the available features. However, I see this more as part of having a comprehensive platform rather than a real disadvantage. Once our processes were set up and the team became familiar with the system, the additional capabilities became very useful as we expanded to more retailers and markets. I like that integrating SBSA Technology / EDI with COSTCO, BJ's, Walmart, Sam's Club, Lidl, and other retailers was quick and easy. The integration with our ERP system is another major benefit, especially since it supports our older but sophisticated produce system. Switching from XML to API integration for real-time data synch is fantastic. The SBSA team is great to work with and consists of different experts, which has been a tremendous help. They have done an amazing job in ensuring that our system aligns perfectly with our accounting and workflow needs.
