
SBSA Technology is what every company should strive to be. Their customer service is wonderful; they make themselves available to answer questions, and anything that isn't working quite right, they correct almost immediately. I couldn't be more happy with the service, the price, and the product.
Just for comparison stake, I started off trying to work with SPS Commerce (DO Not confuse SPS with SBSA!!). SPS promised the world. They said I would be connected in two weeks max; the team would walk me through setup and would "Take care of everything". Well, once I signed the contract, everyone ghosted me. I could not get a hold of the sales guy, no one reached out to me, and two weeks later, I had still not been contacted for setup. SPS does not list anyone's phone numbers on their emails, so you are forced to email and wait for them to respond...if they respond. Long, painful story short, I signed the contract in September; in February, I was still not set up on any of the four systems I contracted. In the meantime, they had been billing me a system fee (for a system I was not setup on).
Working with SBSA has been the antithesis of SPS. SBSA gives you their phone numbers so you can call and get timely support form someone who knows your system. They had me set up in less than 12 days (not 12 working days - 12 days). They walked me through the system and how to process my shipment, they set me up on the cheapest connection type (unlike SPS who said the only connection type that would work was they one that they billed the most for), and even worked with me on pricing due to my current low volume on a couple of connections. They did what they said they would do, and more.
Do yourself a favor and start your EDI journey with SBSA Technology. I have worked with very few companies that actually care about their customers' success and provide this level of service. SBSA is the only EDI company I will recommend. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
With all of my different types of connections, it was a bit confusing how to process the different types of shipments at first. SBSA got on the phone with me and walked me through the process and spent the time to make sure I understood the differences. So not really an issue in the end.
