What do you like best about Ruby Receptionists?

The support staff is always very responsive and helpful. Whenever we encounter issues or have questions about our account, I receive assistance promptly. What do you dislike about Ruby Receptionists?

The implementation process was not particularly smooth. It required about two to three weeks of trial and error before we were able to get everything up and running as we had hoped, which was quite frustrating at the time. However, I will say that Ruby's customer success team was ultimately responsive and even credited back a portion of our initial contract because of the delays in getting things set up properly. What do you like best about Ruby Receptionists?

We've been using Ruby for almost four years. It's made a world of difference having Ruby answer our calls so that our front office team can stay focused and not be pulled out of work to answer timely but not urgent inquiries. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ruby Receptionists?

The quality of service has gone dramatically downhill (at least for our account) over the past 10 months, while the price has gone up. We find a lot of messages are billed to us at 5-minutes call-time but the details passed to the team are scant or incorrect. Calls have become very misdirected and when we've tried to help (with better scripting, redirecting message feeds with our own automations, etc) it hasn't gotten better. This then frustrates clients, who feel like their calls aren't being taken seriously and then have to repeat themselves or try other ways of reaching us. We recently cancelled our account with Ruby and felt like they didn't even really care we were leaving (which made leaving easier, actually). This is a disappointing ending for us, especially since we had built custom automations to ingest Ruby messages and deliver them to our team in the ways they preferred to receive them (Slack, Airtable, Gmail). What do you like best about Ruby Receptionists?

Calls are screened to cull out solicitors. Take messages and send to email. Great digital platform allowing call back from cell phone with option to have office number as ID. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ruby Receptionists?

One of the more expensive options. Receptionist quality has been decreasing, thus getting names incorrect and letting solicitors get through. Had a receptionist the other day who didn't know how to pass call to me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

They can really only answer the phone, besides that there isn't very much they can do .. it would be ideal if they could schedule appointments, answer questions about my company, etc. Very little personalization.
