
The support staff is always very responsive and helpful. Whenever we encounter issues or have questions about our account, I receive assistance promptly. The implementation process was not particularly smooth. It required about two to three weeks of trial and error before we were able to get everything up and running as we had hoped, which was quite frustrating at the time. However, I will say that Ruby's customer success team was ultimately responsive and even credited back a portion of our initial contract because of the delays in getting things set up properly.
