Exceptional Support and Seamless Client Experience

The support staff is always very responsive and helpful. Whenever we encounter issues or have questions about our account, I receive assistance promptly. Also, their receptionists are trained to sound like they are internal employees, which enhances client experience.

Brings our office peace of mind, but frustrates our clients

We've been using Ruby for almost four years. It's made a world of difference having Ruby answer our calls so that our front office team can stay focused and not be pulled out of work to answer timely but not urgent inquiries.

Used for about 7 years. Started great, but downward spiral accellerating.

Calls are screened to cull out solicitors. Take messages and send to email. Great digital platform allowing call back from cell phone with option to have office number as ID.
