It simply makes my life much easier when dealing with the day-to-day operations of this business. IT support has always been both friendly and helpful when called. For a small company like ours, this is extremely important as we don't have the budget for an IT Department beyond me and my limited capabilities. **What do you dislike about Rightworks Cloud Hosting?** The only issue arises when the internet goes down. I have over 25 years of experience working on PCs and have been through many, many tech support staff and teams. These folks listen, assess that I know most of what I am doing, and zero in on exactly what I need. Speeding up the process and getting me back to work fast. They help with QuickBooks and server issues. Having to move quickly from an internally hosted QB environment to working remote we needed something quick and easy to set up for non IT people. This was perfect, and for a good price. **What do you dislike about Rightworks Cloud Hosting?** Moving files between your local environment and the hosts one can be annoying, but that is more of a personal gripe. More often than not, we have minor issues with our Accounting Software which Right Networks cannot help with. But they always know who to contact at our software vendor for help which saves us a lot of time in resolving issues. **What do you dislike about Rightworks Cloud Hosting?** Downloading to Macs can be a bit of a challenge, but again--the customer service team is super helpful and can always walk us through. **What problems is Rightworks Cloud Hosting solving and how is that benefiting you?** Usually the only issue we have is getting a Mac user set up with the RDP, but Right Networks has always resolved any issues we've had. ### 11. I can work from home or in different locations. There aren't any specific work hours. I can work whenever is convenient for me. When I occasionally need help the tech support people know how to fix the problem, or tell me what to do to correct it. **What do you dislike about Rightworks Cloud Hosting?** If I have a problem, it seems to take longer to get phone help than when we first started using RN in 2009. I have waited up to an hour to get a tech on the phone. It has made QuickBooks available to us wherever we need it. In a hosted environment you have the freedom to work from anywhere at anytime, by anyone. Plus the peace of mind that your data is secured, backed up, and redundant also helps significantly. Plus you are guaranteed to have a working solution with the latest updates and best of all the most current applications to get your job done. From Office365 to Bill.com and much more. Management of users is also a breeze. You can add and delete users on the fly. Their customer service is 24/7 and you're always going to get an English speaking person which is a great help for US clients. **What do you dislike about Rightworks Cloud Hosting?** The costs can be a bit of a drawback but it's not too exorbitant where you cannot afford this solution. The other thing is the lack of support for billing issues after hours or on weekends. Delays in correcting issues could become an annoyance. Lastly, their helpdesk can sometimes be overwhelmed and you have long hold times. **Recommendations to others considering Rightworks Cloud Hosting:** You are not making a bad choice by using RightNetworks for your business. The ease of deployment, expanding operations, and adding users is tremendously simple. You can start with one user and easily grow into dozens. It is a solid platform. **What problems is Rightworks Cloud Hosting solving and how is that benefiting you?** I solved the following issues with RightNetworks, I was able to consolidate our data onto one platform, provide a reliable, consistent, and secure connection to my client's QuickBooks data, allow for multiple users, in multiple locations, access to one QuickBooks file, and created an environment to share files and other documents within the organization.
