Rightworks Cloud hosting has solved all my problems. The service seems to be up 99.9999% of the time and for that other .0001%, they clearly communicate te issues and expected downtime. Rightworks has many integration of which I only use a few. Their Customer support is AMAZING. For teh few times I have needed customer support, I have dealt with VERY knowledable technicians that communicated very well and solved al my problems quickly. What problems is Rightworks Cloud Hosting solving and how is that benefiting you? Rightworks solved 3 very important problems. First, I am a small business owner with no IT department. My biggest fear is hackers, virus, and ransomware. I can relax knowing that Rightworks is protecting my company 24 hours a day. Second, the service allows me to work from home, actually anywhere with no friction. I always have access to the things I need with the performance of a desktop. Rightworks cloud hosting gives me and my clients a great way of hosting a QuickBooks Desktop product, so we can both work at the same time and not have to keep taking the time to update our product, update our servers or computers for space or to keep compliant. I have also found this same platform helpful for keeping file folders for my clients statements, receipts, etc and keeping them safe and secure as well as backed up. Over the years of me using Rightworks, I started with them for the QuickBooks Desktop hosting capability and quickly found myself moving my whole work platform for where I work on a day to day basis to their platform, with the extra level of security and the daily backups. I use Rightworks for both my Cloud Hosting and also my IT Provider, I feel comfortable, secure and at ease knowing they have my back for my accounting firm and my clients and at an affordable price. There tech support is always extremely kind, supportive and extremely helpful....they go above and beyond!! They are always there to answer the most complex or simple (somewhat stupid) questions I ask. There platform is rarely ever down and if it is...its not for very long or I am done as well. I don't like that you have to buy a certain more expensive Microsoft office platform to use in their environment, so I still continue to keep files their, but have to copy and paste still to my computer to open an excel spreadsheet. I would like to be able to bring my own Microsoft license up to their platform. Rightworks cloud hosting solves the time and issues to update QuickBooks Desktop on a regular basis while making the Desktop version a more remote option as welll as a money and time saver to keeping your own servers updated and keeping with the most up to date with enough space computers. Everything is in one place. My clients can do as much or as little as they want and we can do the rest. Appreciate that we can talk to a live person 24/7 if having troubles. Love that they can fix my issues and they don't have to try to talk me through them. The drag and drop ability to save me time and has reduced the hours of time it takes to get the work done! The amount of down time on the server side is almost zero. If they are doing maintenance they usually do it on the weekend over night so it doesn't interfere with working hours. Sometimes we have a hard time understanding them. Pricing is reasonable but for a few of my clients becoming an issue and much of that is from the software companies. We have been with Rightworks for decades (RightNetworks) when there were only 5 people. When the cloud became available we had to explain to the clients where their files went, how secure it was etc. We saved so much time from client dropping off a disc and we upload and work on the files and then send the changes back to them and inevitable they would work in the file and mess everything up.
