I always got an ACTUAL technician who could help me without reading from a script knowing absolutely NOTHING about the product. And yes, hold times are longer, still. I would prefer to hold & get a qualified tech. who can actually help me. When ever I use the software I feel like I am teleported back in time, and not in a good way. **What problems is Rightworks Cloud Hosting solving and how is that benefiting you?** While structuring a remote environment for our brick & mortar firm, an online solution was needed.
