**What do you like best about RestroGreen?**

The POS is easy to learn, even for new staff with no tech background.

Kitchen Display System keeps orders clear and reduces mistakes during rush hours.

Inventory tracking helps us stay aware of stock usage and wastage.

Backoffice app is useful when you’re not physically at the outlet but still want visibility.

Support team is responsive and understands real operational problems.

**What do you dislike about RestroGreen?**

Some advanced reports could be more customizable.

Initial setup takes a little time if you have a large menu, but once done, it runs smoothly.

**What problems is RestroGreen solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before RestroGreen, a lot of our daily work felt messy. Orders would get miscommunicated during rush hours, stock levels were mostly guesswork, and getting a clear picture of sales meant sitting down with spreadsheets at the end of the day.

RestroGreen brought everything into one place. Orders move smoothly from the counter to the kitchen, we actually know what’s in stock, and checking sales or performance takes just a few minutes. It’s taken a lot of stress off the team and lets us focus more on customers instead of fixing small operational issues all day.

reliable, consistent, frequent updates, solves problems collected from feedback actively, can be used on portable devices, uses strong cloud based servers like google & amazon, top notch customer service from all members.

**What do you dislike about RestroGreen?**

nothing comes to mind at the moment, all previous feedback have been received and acted upon

**What problems is RestroGreen solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reliable restaurant pos, keeps sales records according to items, tables, orders, etc, improves KOT management, helps in accounting and analysis.

I like Restrogreen for the following features
1. Easy to use
2. Mobile app-friendly and multiple integrated modules
3. Diversified analytics to understand the business operation
4. Regular updates according to the customer preferences
5. Inventory with recipe management
6. User-friendly and easy-to-understand interface.

**What do you dislike about RestroGreen?**

1. Cannot be used while offline.
2. Order closing steps are too long to close a single order. It can be simplified by removing some unnecessary windows.
3. The inventory item dashboard is not well decorated.
4. PC Software User Interface in dark mode is a bit old-fashioned. It can be more attractively designed.

**What problems is RestroGreen solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1. Direct order taking by host mobile app and table ordering system.
2. Real time update in multiple modules.
3. Notifications regarding the operation.
4. Raw materials tracking through inventory management.
5. Multiple functionality to analysis the business.
6. Regular billing and tracking sales.

I simply like RestroGreen is because of three things.
1. Waiter app
2. Backoffice Notification
3. Recipe cost calculator

**What do you dislike about RestroGreen?**

What I do not like 
1. PC app interface
2. Complication of understanding the inventory item dashboard

**What problems is RestroGreen solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a fine dine restaurant, table management is very essential for us. Via the waiter app, the waiters can take orders directly from their phone and instantly notify the kitchen via display. Also as the market price of raw materials keep jumping, the recipe cost calculator helps us know the exact amount of a dish like Khichuri.
