"Reply.io is amazing so far, can’t live without it."
What do you like best about Reply?

I’ve used pretty much every outbound platform under the sun, and Reply.io just gets it. The interface is clean, the logic behind sequences is flexible, and deliverability tools (shoutout to MailToaster) are actually built to keep your emails landing, not just blasting. I love how customizable everything is... from merge tags and email logic to multi-channel steps and CRM sync. It makes building complex, high-performing sequences feel easy. the support team is also unmatched. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Reply?

Maybe just better admin control over permissions, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"I use this platform on a daily basis for my work."
What do you like best about Reply?

What I love most is how easy it is to set up email sequences - you can literally have a campaign running in 30 minutes. The interface is super intuitive, no need to spend hours figuring out how everything works. Plus the analytics are pretty detailed, so you can quickly see which emails are performing and which ones aren't. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Reply?

Sometimes the Gmail sync gets buggy and I have to reconnect my account, which is annoying. I wish there were more ready-made templates for different industries - the selection feels a bit limited right now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Solid Sales Automation Tool That Gets the Job Done"
What do you like best about Reply?

I’ve been using Reply.io for ~3 years and have found it to be a very effective tool for managing outbound business development. It’s straightforward to set up, easy to use, and helps keep my outreach efforts organized.

The biggest value for me is the time it saves—automating follow-ups and tracking responses means I can focus more on other tasks, rather than the admin work. It also does a good job of keeping everything in one place, which makes it easier to stay on top of tasks and conversations.

Overall, it’s a reliable platform that does what it promises and is highly functional.

I have even recommended it to 3 other companies that I regularly work with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Reply?

Some of the admin settings are not very intuitive, and it may take you a min to get used to where certain settings are placed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
