Replicon has been great for our field offices, we utilize the platform across Latin America and Asia. It has helped us get real time updates at HQ. The platform also allows for excellent customization by region for time zone, language, currency, etc. The platform is very user friendly, so our staff have found it easy to navigate. Additionally, the platform operates well even in low-band width countries which has been a huge benefit for our staff in more rural areas abroad. HQ staff will have live real time access to over see time keeping, manage personnel, track accruals and also determine outstanding expenses. Another great aspect is the reporting feature. The system really allows you and your team to build custom reports that can help Project Director, Managers, Payroll managers and the Finance team coordinate and review everything through our field offices. I would recommend that individuals train and research the platform to really understand how best to customize it. Some of the settings can bit difficult to navigate, but once you play round in the platform it becomes easy to customize and make the platform your own. As my personnel numbers fluctuate substantially by season, I would love to be able to pay for licenses on an as-needed basis rather than yearly. It is easy to create any report I need with multiple filter options. I enjoy the Administration tab - it allows me to really nail down any settings I could want which is perfect for all of the different business types. I enjoy the ease of use as an administrator and being able to log in as any employee if need be. This helps resolve time-sensitive issues for our clients and our business. We don't have a stable account manager. We have had several different customer service reps in a short period of time. Perhaps make it more user-friendly. Very few time systems allow you track first by project and then by day. When you have employees working on the same multiple clients and projects daily it cuts down on the amount of time they spend tracking if they don't have to select and assign those clients and projects every day.

Some of the support staff are difficult to understand, sometimes I have to ask them to repeat themselves several times. On more than several occasions I ask them to email me the steps to resolve me situation - 100% of the time, I can follow their steps and fix the problem myself. Easy to add and update projects using RIA import tool, control over project resources, option to require users to report time at the task level, simple and user-friendly interface, and potential integration with Concur to pull in expense and/or invoice data. This integration is very helpful for us, as it has been difficult to bring all project data together in one place.
