If you have a Project that covers multiple Clients, you can only allocate the expensing between the Clients by a percentage. Some Projects I need to select one Client for Labor and another for Expenses. The only way around this is to create duplicate Project entries by Client which causes confusion with employees. 2. The ability to manipulate the Invoice template is very limited. We have contracts that require our Invoices to contain specific information that cannot be achieved currently with the Replicon Invoice ability. This has caused me to forego using Replicon for Invoicing and create an independent Invoice on MicroSoft Excel. 3. The Replicon Mobile App will often create duplicative Project lines for employees when they are submitting their daily hours. It's fairly easy to administer, and when needed, their support staff has come through with the answers. **What do you dislike about Deltek Replicon Time?** The main issue I've heard from fiscal staff is the inability to simply add/subtract hours from a user's balance. For example, a user is awarded 8 hours of compensation. In order to update their balance, the fiscal officer needs to run a report to determine the user's current amount of compensation, then create a new entry in which they enter the new balance with the added 8 hours. **What problems is Deltek Replicon Time solving and how is that benefiting you?** Again, it fits the needs of our agencies. I can create many types of reports to capture the data I need. ; **What do you dislike about Deltek Replicon Time?** The downside is small, but there are a few fields I can't capture in a report (example task estimated hours). It would be helpful to compare task billable hours to task estimated hours. Our auditors would like to see a report with the date a projects was entered and updates made to the project. Basically an audit trail. They helped me set up precisely what I needed! Other competitors will go around in circles with you instead of getting you just what you need. **What do you dislike about Deltek Replicon Time?** The only thing I disliked about Replicon was that certain aspects were turned off, so to speak. To create what I needed, the support team had to go into the account and check some boxes. **What problems is Deltek Replicon Time solving and how is that benefiting you?** It allows us to track time across entities and projects while also giving us specific tags that we need to track.
