There are always glitches and I feel like I am constantly having to contact support. I cannot understand the support agents when we are on zoom calls. There have been several times they have not been able to help me with my issue and it takes days for a fix to be completed. The program is not easy to use without help from support. It is difficult to change employee time off once it has been issued, especially if you have a new employee get hired after the beginning of the new year. They are not so perfect, they confirmed me that ticket is closed and all data were uploaded into system without checking this. I tested and realized that it didn't happen for all employees. The Replicon products and personnel are great. The support representatives are very responsive and thorough. My questions or issues have always been resolved quickly. Personally, I have found the front-end user interface extremely intuitive. We have linked it with our People Mgt system so we can display absences automatically within our timesheets - this is very useful. In terms of projects, we have linked Replicon with our SAP S/4 HANA system through the SAP integration layer - this gives us options. We can either create Projects in SAP and link time entered in Replicon or have Replicon stand-alone projects, if we need to account for them in other ways. The reporting functionality is pretty flexible, enabling us to pull info from the portal and manipulate it in the tool of our choosing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The least friendly aspect of Replicon, in my opinion, is the interface logs. We have been trouble-shooting aspects of our connection with SAP but the logs are not as helpful as they could be. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
