This was the only survey-building app that had the capabilty to limit survey responses to respondents with a professional email. This is great if you want to ensure the professional credentials of the respondents to your survey, and you are using your survey results to build an email list for your business.
Reform was easy to use. It also was user friendly for the respondents to answer the survey.
One caveat: If you plan to collect the survey results in Google Sheets as I did, set up the integration between Reform and Google Sheets before you start your survey. I didn't do this, and ended up manually transferring all the survey data to Google Sheets. It was tedious and could have easily been avoided. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I took off a half-star because Reform does not have a system in place to verify those business emails that it collects. I posted to LinkedIn that I was offering $20 to survey respondents, assuming that anyone who registered for the survey would have to verify their business email.
That assumption was wrong. The results were scary. Scammers pounced on my offer and filled up the survey results within minutes, trying to get the $20 I was offering. The scam respondents did have a business email, but when I clicked through to that URL it was a non-existent site.
This happened so fast and furiously, I had to shut down the survey and start another one that I was not foolish enough to reveal on LinkedIn. I kept the link to the survey in private Slack groups for people in my profession after this experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
