**What do you like best about QaizenX?**

I found it as one of the best reporting tool. It helps us to analyze report in a detail manner. And it provides customiation as well.

**What do you dislike about QaizenX?**

There is nothing as such. But it can provide theme based reports.

**What problems is QaizenX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is easy to use as compared to other feedback tools. Plus, it provides slicing and dicing data in a great manner.

**What do you like best about QaizenX?**

It is easy to use and there is very detailed analysis of every aspect you can think of and the most interesting part is the we stopped using Jira because QaizenX have the inbuilt action plan feature so the tickets are raised in the dashboard itself.

**What do you dislike about QaizenX?**

The survey can look good, but it's okay considering the fact that the answers will be true based on the insights only and not on the design. It would be better if the feature to see all the data in one screen only.

**What problems is QaizenX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using qaizenx for our customer experience management. we want to know whether the customers are happy or not and if not what are the things that are making them unhappy and qaizenx point out the exact probles for us to work on and it saved us a lot of time by directly assin the task from dashboard itself

**What do you like best about QaizenX?**

Comprehensive feedback gathering and user-friendly app. Also, I like about taking actions on the feedback itself on the dashboard. I have used action planning many times, and it helps improve things that were invisible at first.

**What do you dislike about QaizenX?**

Integration limitations, and some features are missings such as AI generation in survey making or question analysis report understanding. They have showed that they will launch those features soon, but for now optimizing questionnaire, sometimes with 70-80 questions becomes a little tiresome.

**What problems is QaizenX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I needed to understand my employees, how they think about the organization, their problems, and how we can improve it. 
With Qaizenx, I can take employee feedback regularly, check their emotions, and predict any attritions or issues that employees face. This tool has been useful for me to find the trends in experience.

it may have several limitationa such as potentially difficult learinng curve for novice users
