**What do you like best about ProMark?**

ProMark provides a standard system. Time & attendance and shop floor (jobs) in one and same solution was integrated with our SAP system. To pick up this information we use a lot of hardware terminals (delivered by Mark Information) enabling two-ways communication and automated dialogue regarding deviations. As an addition the terminals are installed with handhold scanners. The ProMark installation gives us insight in real time and hence the ability to execute efficiently. Ee have integration to our Payroll system as well.

**What do you dislike about ProMark?**

Standard systems have limitations and some of our processes needs to follow the ProMark standard.

Some solutions in ProMark are not visible for us. Here it would help if we proactivly are contacted e.g. for exploring additional functionalities

**What problems is ProMark solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a long time partner we are solving the needs for easy and simple registration of Time & attendances  and shop floor (jobs).

**What do you like best about ProMark?**

We had a close and on-going dialogue throughout the process. This secured that we achieved our desired result, which was a more streamlined process for the collection of time and attendance data across all our stores.
Mark Information has been agile in their approach towards us as well as in the relationship with our SAP supplier in delivering a total solution ie. SuccessFactors and ProMark

**What do you dislike about ProMark?**

The project ran during the Covid pandemic, which limited on-site engagement. This caused unforeseen delays to the project as we had to change our ways of working to be completed remotely.
All industries have their specific requirements, and ProMark have a number of relevant modules for us. It would have been great if our extra requirements were previously developed, but ProMark worked on new developments for us in a timely manner.

**Recommendations to others considering ProMark:**

When considering a new partner, you need to consider your configuration carefully. Who is the master of specific data e.g. your absence data or payroll data?
If you are looking for a solution that addresses a certain complexity but is easy to implement and use, I recommend that you investigate ProMark as a potential option.

**What problems is ProMark solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Integration with SuccessFactors means we can now track the employee's full life cycle. Previously, our applications for HR, payroll and recruitment were not linked. ProMark allow data to integrate at the appropriate time, thereby following the full lifecycle of an employee from “hire” to “leaver” including absence, working hours, wages etc.
We had some manual processes that previously took too much time. In addition, Management did not have a full overview of the attendance rate throughout the organization.  With ProMark we experience much less time spent on processing payroll data and incurr fewer human errors. It also saves on administrative costs. Our staff rostering is now more efficient, and we ensure compliance with legislation and agreements

**What do you like best about ProMark?**

It is our experience that the consultants understand our business and our challenges. In terms of the specific solution, it supports our demand for complex rule management as well as rostering across our markets. More recently, Mark Information has facilitated that we have been lifted into the cloud on a modern web portal.

**What do you dislike about ProMark?**

The system is comprehensible and unambiguous – also to the supervisors, who are not used to state-of-the-art IT systems, but the training was aiming too high. The level of knowledge that the consultants from Mark Information have of the system is impressive, but for me and others it was difficult to comprehend before our employees were entered in the system and before we could allocate the employees ourselves and see the consequences of this.

**Recommendations to others considering ProMark:**

I suggest conducting a pre-study before initiating specific setups or changes. Also, I recommend to avoid having different systems for time & attendance, absence management, scheduling and distribution of working hours.

**What problems is ProMark solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We get a standardized solution which provides a simple but efficient integration to SAP for transferring payroll variables and absence data, whereas Workday delivers the employee master data into ProMark for onboarding. Labour rule management, scheduling and the two-way communication in the ProMark terminals has helped to reduce source of errors and save time.

**What do you like best about ProMark?**

Easy to follow up employees and that they are working on correct attendance profile and order.

**What do you dislike about ProMark?**

Nothing special as long all input has been given correct

**What problems is ProMark solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Employees get correct paid according to their attendance profile and addition. It's also easy to follow up absence.
