What do you like best about ProMark?

ProMark provides a standard system. Time & attendance and shop floor (jobs) in one and same solution was integrated with our SAP system. To pick up this information we use a lot of hardware terminals (delivered by Mark Information) enabling two-ways communication and automated dialogue regarding deviations. As an addition the terminals are installed with handhold scanners. The ProMark installation gives us insight in real time and hence the ability to execute efficiently. Ee have integration to our Payroll system as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ProMark?

Standard systems have limitations and some of our processes needs to follow the ProMark standard.

What do you like best about ProMark?

We had a close and on-going dialogue throughout the process. This secured that we achieved our desired result, which was a more streamlined process for the collection of time and attendance data across all our stores.

Mark Information has been agile in their approach towards us as well as in the relationship with our SAP supplier in delivering a total solution ie. SuccessFactors and ProMark Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ProMark?

The project ran during the Covid pandemic, which limited on-site engagement. This caused unforeseen delays to the project as we had to change our ways of working to be completed remotely.

All industries have their specific requirements, and ProMark have a number of relevant modules for us. It would have been great if our extra requirements were previously developed, but ProMark worked on new developments for us in a timely manner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ProMark?

It is our experience that the consultants understand our business and our challenges. In terms of the specific solution, it supports our demand for complex rule management as well as rostering across our markets. More recently, Mark Information has facilitated that we have been lifted into the cloud on a modern web portal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ProMark?

The system is comprehensible and unambiguous – also to the supervisors, who are not used to state-of-the-art IT systems, but the training was aiming too high. The level of knowledge that the consultants from Mark Information have of the system is impressive, but for me and others it was difficult to comprehend before our employees were entered in the system and before we could allocate the employees ourselves and see the consequences of this.
