Presence is a great system to get your students involved in different areas on campus. It looks organized and you can add so much information to it. Also, when creating events it is easy to copy an existing event to create a new one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is very slow with a short bandwidth. It's hard to continue to wait for it to load constantly. Also, students need to be trained to go to the website and it's currently not within our campus culture for them to do so. We are trying to retrain them. It unfortunately is no longer compatible with our university wide calendaring website, but in the past we were able to have events push through to a friendly facing calendar. I love how robust the site is and how the features can solve problems and automate processes. It truly gives student affairs a one-stop platform for event management, org management, co-curricular programming, gamification and more. I love the extensive conditional logic, making it easy to streamline and automate workflows for approvals. Unfortunately, enjoying these great benefits of using this software rely heavily on the software performing consistently, which it fails at more often than not. This product is riddled with bugs and performance issues. The company promises fixes or new features that it rarely delivers. Just when you think something is working again, something else breaks. Some problems have existed for years with no resolution. When they release a new feature or enhancement that is two years overdue, you'll discover it was not adequately tested and either needs to be rolled back or is a terrible user experience. I want to love this product, and I love what it's supposed to be able to do, but unfortunately, it seems mismanaged and is severely lacking on performance and followthrough. Presence is a simple and easy to grasp project proposal submission platform. It is convenient in terms of the format and makes advertising and attendance tracking easy because it is all incorporated within the proposal itself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes presence forms take a long time to load and in terms of navigating and locating where features are, it could be more user user friendly. Also it could give more features like reminders to program organizars if the event is in a few days and also ways to remind them to do program evaluations right when the program time ends on presence. It takes forever to load sometimes, and sometimes its a hassle to do certain things. After an event time is over, having to add students in by A# but dont have all the options as if the event was still live. We had an issue using our id cards to swipe, they wouldn't read.
