**What do you like best about Pointer Strategy?**

The communication and the execution. I have had not one issue in working with Pointer. They always follow up, keeping you in the loop of progress and results. They know how to manage relationships and do it very well.

**What do you dislike about Pointer Strategy?**

I don't have much to say beyond I wish they were more of them. They are a stellar group of individuals and have delivered outstanding results on every project I have worked with them on.

**Recommendations to others considering Pointer Strategy:**

If you are struggling in outbound, facing hire turnover, lack of coaching, or hiring managers who keep undelivering, then look no further and book a discussion with Pointer. They are there to help YOU, cost a fraction of the cost, and generate incredible results.

Pointer is full service! By far the best-outsourced sales agency in Australia.  From training Junior reps to helping build a RevOps infrastructure, I would recommend them to anyone!

**What do you like best about Pointer Strategy?**

Pointer Strategy has a solid background of delivering sales results.

When startups, smaller companies and even larger companies need to deliver on sales strategy, Pointer follows the latest in delivery, technology and strategy to ensure whoever they're dealing with gets results.

**What do you dislike about Pointer Strategy?**

No big downsides, Pointer Strategy is slightly smaller compared to much larger sales agenices, but that's a bonus because there's more client focus and support responsiveness.

**What problems is Pointer Strategy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a consultant working closely with startups and SMBs, there's a big gap in internal sales strategy execution.
Pointer is a great partner agency that solves not only for Sales, but also is deep into sales management and recruiting services, as well as Revenue Operations.

Pointer delivered on the objectives of the engagement, which was to set appointments. Metrics were really good.

**What do you dislike about Pointer Strategy?**

Only that we couldn't afford to triple down on our investment.

**What problems is Pointer Strategy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Setting appointments had been challenging, we had tried cold LinkedIn, cold email, cold calling, conferences, and some advertising. None of them were performing well enough.

Their service was not just a solution to my problem; it was a game-changer for my business. With Pointer, I finally found a team of highly motivated, well-trained, and fully managed sales development experts who could help me build my sales pipeline while I focused on running my business.
