The integration with our backend makes it easy to test features based on the user ID, which is helpful for the QA team. I also appreciate the responsiveness when designing a campaign, as it easily adapts to all screen sizes. The control over campaigns and the analysis chart allow for quick user awareness without requiring significant frontend changes. Additionally, the ease of use and access were significant factors in choosing Plotline over Braze. **What do you dislike about Plotline?** The time to get updated is a bit more when we enable a campaign for the user. It takes a bit of time to see the campaign. This is the only thing I feel needs a bit of improvement. **What problems is Plotline solving and how is that benefiting you?** Plotline serves as an in-app guide, eliminating the need to navigate to external help articles when new features are added, providing quick user awareness without major front-end changes. It integrates well with our backend for testing, and its responsive design adapts easily across screen sizes. ### 2. It's very helpful for running A/B experiments based on the criteria needed by the product team. The ability to show an elegant UI banner priorly to a user is another feature I appreciate. Plotline campaigns for running banners are accessible for multiple users based on user ID. **What do you dislike about Plotline?** The campaign updates need to be inside Plotline. If users interact with Plotline, updates should be sent to the devs and QA team. **What problems is Plotline solving and how is that benefiting you?** Plotline helps us run A/B experiments and display UI banners elegantly. It's easy for campaigns on mobile apps for specific user IDs and editing banners. It's accessible for running campaigns based on user IDs. ### 3. With Plotline, we’re able to quickly deploy nudges, banners, and in-app messages to the right cohorts—especially during onboarding, feature launches, or drop-off points, user research. It’s helped us increase feature adoption, understand user behavior better, and test different approaches without waiting for a full release cycle. This agility has really boosted our ability to run fast growth experiments and improve retention without putting pressure on the dev team. ### 4. The way it can seamlessly integrate with the app and helps target user campaigns as well as to attain customer feedback is quite effective, especially when it's used on a daily level like we do. The team is also open to feedback and does implement them fairly quickly when the issues/suggestions are brought to light. **What do you dislike about Plotline?** Less transparency in certain features does impair the experience slightly and a few initial customer support interactions did leave a sour taste but they have improved greatly on that aspect as well. **What problems is Plotline solving and how is that benefiting you?** Helping in user education and redirection to features that we want them to see, as well as driving users to experiments that are being conducted to form a considerable base, if low. ### 5.
