I find Plivo's setup process straightforward with comprehensive guides that make it easy to get started. I appreciate how it automates the calling process, significantly reducing manual labor and improving efficiency, especially during webinars. What do you like best about Plivo?

Plivo offers essentially the same service at half the price as their competitors (at the time of my switch). Good logs and transparency for SMS and customer support has been reachable for me when diagnosing reasons for some SMS messages not going through. Good SDK for implementation (I use Python but am just using the REST API for my implementation, it's been great). I don't recall any downtime for the features I use in the six years that I have been a customer of Plivo which is pretty fantastic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

At first I didn't think the success rates were as good as my setup on a competitor, HOWEVER after some tweaks on my account with support (they even helped me choose a good area code to send my texts), and helping my SMS messages stay compliant, success rates have become close to 100%. I tend to be a customer who only needs to meet when there is an issue. Plivo is graciously respectful of this preference. But, more to the point, Plivo is very responsive when I do need help. I've work with our current account representative for a few years now and he is well-education on our use case, our compliance practices, and our commitment to maintaining the viability of text messaging as a communication channel for our member-base outreach.
