Our integration received excellent and timely support from the Plivo team, which enabled us to scale it threefold, with nearly zero failures. Although some custom use cases weren’t initially supported by the current product, we greatly appreciate how quickly the Plivo team understood our requirements and built the features we needed. In fast-paced delivery scenarios, timely and high-quality connections between all parties are crucial, and Plivo has been a game changer in this regard. In addition to this, the high stability of the Plivo integration has encouraged us to explore SMS use cases and other opportunities to migrate more services to Plivo.
