Plivo services are easy to implement and they are very reliable. Our interviewers report great call clarity across the country. We can move interviews from phone to text to the internet easily. When Covid hit and our facilities were closed, we made a very rapid and very easy transition to at home work for our interviewers. Plivo upgraded its api and we were not aware that the legacy version was ending. That said, the transition to the new version was very easy. Recommendations to others considering Plivo: Plivo was recommended by a consultant and the services provided by Plivo have lived up to and exceeded the recommendation. We moved an in-house call center to a virtual call center within days after the pandemic hit. We had no interruption in our services. The greatest benefit is sample and callback control.
