It's super helpfull at my job, everything that happens is on Pipefy, so it can always be analized or changed to improve. The help center is fast and clear, they always answer my questions and solve it. There are lots of tutorials on the internet, making it even easier to anyone use. It's easy to set up the basics, the Kanban's functionality is great. It's super intuitive, the learning curve is fast. The automations are awesome, and makes it even easier. The forms can be filed by my customers, not only by my employees. Everything can be customized. Fits well to manage almost any process. **What do you dislike about Pipefy?** Sometimes it takes too long to load the cards. Some changes in the process are possible only at the cost of losing some data. I can't export the data base with just one button. It's very difficult to make integrations with other apps. It is incredibly useful for carrying out development projects as you can keep track of activities, tasks, and other workflows. It has an interface in which you can customize workflows and thus know what stage of the project I was at and which we should pay more attention. You can also keep track of the bugs presented by the application, in an organized way which increases considerably the efficiency to solve the flaws within the application. It also has a helpdesk with which you can keep track of incidents, and be able to create tickets in each of the requirements of our customers, and what is more interesting is that all these tools are worked under the same platform so it is not necessary to be changing application. **What do you dislike about Pipefy?** I think that although it has several tools, in what has to do with the user interface still leaves much to be desired, as it becomes complicated to work with the different tools. It is necessary to add more features that can make Pipefy an indispensable tool. **Recommendations to others considering Pipefy:** It has a period of time to give the assurance that this is the platform they are looking for and it will be helpful, I considered that period and when I finished I did not doubt that this program was going to be important for the company, project management and management of group work helped the results obtained to have a continuous growth that is also able to achieve the follow-up provided by this tool. **What problems is Pipefy solving and how is that benefiting you?** We solved several aspects of problems that we had, the system of chat and messages is quite fast, with this we have streamlined the management of documents of greater urgency and early completion, the follow-up work is always useful and important to consider to be aware of the time spent on a project and the estimate of how long we took the process of completing those jobs in established times with which we can take time to work on details of improvement after everything is properly completed on time. ### 31. Do not like being able to import tasks from external spreadsheets. We do not like your template to create product launches. Your inbox is not very configurable, and tasks can not be prioritized.
