I adore Pipefy's ability to simplify the process of creating and automating organised workflows without requiring technical knowledge. Approvals, onboarding, and service requests were among the repetitious chores that were made easier by the visual interface, conditional logic, and automation rules. Sometimes Pipefy feels inflexible. It works well for routine activities and processes, but it isn't flexible enough for more creative or dynamic workflows.
