I adore Pipefy's ability to simplify the process of creating and automating organised workflows without requiring technical knowledge. Approvals, onboarding, and service requests were among the repetitious chores that were made easier by the visual interface, conditional logic, and automation rules. It works well for routine activities and processes, but it isn't flexible enough for more creative or dynamic workflows. We were able to standardise and expedite manual, repetitive operations including request management, onboarding, and approvals thanks to Pipefy. We've minimised errors, automated important tasks, and obtained complete insight into work statuses and deadlines with Pipefy.
