What do you like best about Phenom Applied AI?

The overall Phenom ecosystem is very user friendly, It was also very easy to implement, And being able to set a precedence with the recruiting team that we always utilize phenom first when it comes to recruiting for a new opportunity the platform supports that mantra. Were able to log into Phenom every day, utilize the dashboard to understand when we have new leads coming in or see how our campaigns are performing, We're also able to use the X+ feature to generate beautifully written messaging to our candidates where we may only need to make a few tweaks which saves us so much time. We've also really appreciated being able to use the X+ feature To ask questions about a candidate's profile and it provides accurate information as well as asking for suggested interview questions, for example. We have excellent communication with our customer support team, making it easy to continue to learn, grow, and level up within the platform. We utilize Hosted Apply which is definitely a game changer. The ease of integrating this with Workday made such a difference in our recruiters day-to-day tasks - Having two way integration is a huge plus to keep recruiters from flipping back and forth in multiple systems as much as humanly possible. What do you dislike about Phenom Applied AI?

Like any other AI tool, there are always Opportunities for the AI to misunderstand you or for misinterpretation. We have not found our niche in fit scoring and we have found that there is opportunity to improve the AI Discovery where we are not always getting qualified candidates (understanding you must train the AI, but it still can use some tweaking). The ease of adoption for new users, especially recruiters. The ability to have control and make immediate changes to our career site without the need for web developers. The partnership with Phenom and our team.

Update: 2025 - since the original recommendation we have implemented scheduling automation and high volume hiring solutions. Our business has several very unique use case needs that are not out of the box solutions and require special enhancements or development work. However this is not a true dislike as this is common for most vendors we work with, and Phenom is very collaborative in moving the needle forward.

I think one of my favorites aspects are the courses and certfications. It is nice how thurough and developed the trainings are for learning how to use the application. Also the Phenom Chrome Extension tool is something I utilize daily for work so I appreciate that and how easy it is to upload a resume and it auto-fills the candidate's profile. What do you dislike about Phenom Applied AI?

The only thing I have struggled with is the always-on campaigns can't be used for dynamic lists, which is what I would want to use them for. For new matches in dynamic lists to get that always-on message, but I will say I am newer to using the application so maybe this is something I lack understanding on.
