
We are quite satisfied with most factors - especially, since Personio has also integrated payroll features and the tiresome export (of HRIS data) and re-import (of salary slips) can be avoided in this way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Not impressed about the reporting features: I don't uderstand the setup of individual reports (what is included/what is not) and some reports lack the necessary depth our BI team seamlessly provides when given the raw data (e.g., fluctuation -> correct by voluntary. Gender pay gap -> give correcte and uncorrected. Sickness rate -> correct by long-term). You can all do that, but it's not a standard feature/filter/drill-down which I would expect.
