Visually we love the upgrade. Performo provides reliability with no downtime issues. Customer support is very quick to answer any questions that we have. The design of the system and basic concepts fit our Property Management business well. The concept of taking the initial work order request from inception, tracking progress, recording time and materials through final billing is great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Search capabilities are limited. Movement between screens could be more intuitive for users. The implementation of the upgrade that was to take only a few months took over a year to work out the issues. Training was lacking. The setup of buildings, workers and requestors is cumbersome and difficult. We have been using the system since 2008. Before the upgrade, the Wizards could accomplish any and all requested customizations. Magic! Post upgrade there are many limitations to the customizations for my business.
