**What do you like best about Performo?**

Visually we love the upgrade.  Performo provides reliability with no downtime issues.  Customer support is very quick to answer any questions that we have.  The design of the system and basic concepts fit our Property Management business well.  The concept of taking the initial work order request from inception, tracking progress, recording time and materials through final billing is great.

**What do you dislike about Performo?**

Search capabilities are limited.   Movement between screens could be more intuitive for users.  The implementation of the upgrade that was to take only a few months took over a year to work out the issues.  Training was lacking.  The setup of buildings, workers and requestors is cumbersome and difficult.  We have been using the system since 2008.  Before the upgrade, the Wizards could accomplish any and all requested customizations. Magic!  Post upgrade there are many limitations to the customizations for my business.  We were told that we would be able to drag and drop photos, this is not the case.

**What problems is Performo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helps our growing business organize and schedule maintenance and preventative maintenance with ease.  Utilizing the billing feature allows us to provide detailed accounts of each work order to our clients.  We are able capture all notes, photos and receipts for work orders giving us a well documented history for each task. The email trail setup and automation works very well.

**What do you like best about Performo?**

USER-FRIENDLY, EASY TO CUSTOMIZE, THE TEAM THAT HELPS US WHEN WE HAVE QUESTIONS, EASY TO SET UP AND USE RIGHT AWAY.

**What do you dislike about Performo?**

WOULD LIKE TO SEE IMPROVEMENT IN THE FILTERS SO WE DON'T HAVE TO GO BACK ALL THE TIME WHEN SEARCHING FOR ANOTHER TICKET

KEEP TRACK OF ALL REQUESTS, AVOIDING DUPLICATES

**What do you like best about Performo?**

I get my work orders fairly promptly most of the time unfortunately this seems to take longer on Android phones since Android is just a simple web interface not an actual app.

**What do you dislike about Performo?**

If you own an Android phone it is very limited usefulness to interact with work orders or tickets.

**What problems is Performo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It gets me my work orders. I do not have to log on to a computer to get my work orders

Currently provides history and database records all in one place, which is helpful with multiple departments.
