What do you like best about Performo?

Visually we love the upgrade. Performo provides reliability with no downtime issues. Customer support is very quick to answer any questions that we have. The design of the system and basic concepts fit our Property Management business well. The concept of taking the initial work order request from inception, tracking progress, recording time and materials through final billing is great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Performo?

Search capabilities are limited. Movement between screens could be more intuitive for users. The implementation of the upgrade that was to take only a few months took over a year to work out the issues. Training was lacking. The setup of buildings, workers and requestors is cumbersome and difficult. We have been using the system since 2008. Before the upgrade, the Wizards could accomplish any and all requested customizations. Magic! Post upgrade there are many limitations to the customizations for my business. We were told that we would be able to drag and drop photos, this is not the case. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Performo?

I get my work orders fairly promptly most of the time unfortunately this seems to take longer on Android phones since Android is just a simple web interface not an actual app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
