Yes it is. Our company has been quite comfortable using it and including the payment feature in our SoWs and contracts for receiving payments.

Yes, the account is password-protected, and important information can be masked on documents (ex. social security numbers). If there are multiple users on the account workspaces can be set up where only certain users can access certain files.

Yes. Safe for standard business documents I use (sales contracts, layout approvals, change orders, etc.).
