**What do you like best about Orum?**

Copilot said: I like Orum because it's extremely user-friendly and packed with features that help maximize productivity. One of my favorite aspects is the variety of dialing options, such as the Parallel Dialer and Power Dialer, which allow me to connect with more prospects in less time. The ability to use local presence and different phone numbers based on a prospect's region has also helped improve my connection rates significantly.

I also appreciate how seamlessly Orum integrates with tools like Salesforce and Salesloft, making it easy to keep records updated and stay organized without adding extra administrative work. Beyond the dialing capabilities, the insights and analytics are incredibly valuable. Being able to track connect rates, call outcomes, productivity metrics, and overall performance helps me identify what's working and where I can improve.

**What do you dislike about Orum?**

I think the biggest challenge with Orum was the initial learning curve, especially getting comfortable speaking immediately after hearing the beep when someone answers. At first, it can feel a little unnatural compared to traditional dialing, but like any new platform, it takes time and practice to build that rhythm and become familiar with the system.
Once I got past that adjustment period, the platform became much easier to use and fit naturally into my workflow. There are occasional situations where call connections can catch you off guard, especially when you're moving quickly between conversations, but that's part of the learning process. The benefits and efficiencies Orum provides far outweigh those minor challenges.

Overall, I've been very satisfied with the platform. The dialing capabilities, integrations, analytics, and time savings have had a positive impact on my productivity, and I haven't experienced any major issues beyond the normal ramp-up period that comes with learning a new tool.

**What do you like best about Orum?**

Orum is a very easy way for our sales reps to increase their outbound dial numbers. It connects direct to Salesforce, and engagement tools like Salesloft so that reps can pull in their contact lists seamlessly. 

This has significantly increased the # of dials and the quality of those dials for our teams that are outbounding consistently. Not only can we see the numbers improve, but it gives us visibility into what is working and not working when it comes to talk tracks and handling objections.

**What do you dislike about Orum?**

There haven't been very many downsides to using Orum - it is seamless to set up, and as long as your reps invest a small amount of time in learning how to effectively use it, it works very well for our team!

**What problems is Orum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Orum, our dial numbers were much lower than we needed and the classic "cold calling is dead" phrasing is what we heard from our teams. It was inconsistent to track who was making dials, how often, and the results we were seeing. 

Orum solved those. problems, proving that cold calling is in fact alive and very well for those who use it effectively, proving that it is one of our most efficient channels for generating opportunities! AND we can track it in real time.

**What do you like best about Orum?**

Orum makes outbound calling far more efficient by helping reps spend less time dialing and more time in live conversations. The platform is intuitive, consistently reliable, and integrates naturally into the sales workflow without adding unnecessary complexity. Onboarding and support have been strong as well; Jessica and the broader team are responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely easy to work with.

**What do you dislike about Orum?**

One area for improvement is that setup and workflow tuning can take some time before everything feels fully optimized. Once configured, though, the platform is straightforward, and the support team is very helpful when questions come up.

**What problems is Orum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Orum takes a lot of the busywork out of outbound calling. Instead of reps spending most of their time dialing, waiting, and leaving voicemails, they can focus more on actual conversations. It helps the team move faster, stay in a better rhythm, and get more out of each calling block.

**What do you like best about Orum?**

Efficiency and increased output and results. Dials per week increased by 39%, connect rate increased by 150%, and conversations per day increased by 250%. I love the Virtual Salesfloor: it creates a live, collaborative calling environment where reps can see who’s actively dialing, listen in on calls, provide feedback, and drive team momentum—replicating the energy of an in-office sales pit. I also like the “When to Call” Analytics: it leverages historical call data to pinpoint optimal outreach times and improve effectiveness by showing when prospects are most receptive to calls. Lastly, I really appreciate our Customer Success Manager and Account Manager; it’s been a great partnership.

**What do you dislike about Orum?**

It’s not best practice to use Parallel Dialer (Dials multiple numbers at once (simultaneously), using AI to detect when a real human picks up and instantly routes the call to the rep) to call more than a few contacts at a time, because it can actually hurt results. Teams can end up over-rotating on this feature, and once that habit forms, it’s hard to break. Also, sometimes it’s difficult to reproduce technical issues after they’ve already passed make it hard to report to tech support.

What I appreciate most is that Orum allows our SDRs to spend more time actually talking to prospects and less time navigating voicemails, bad numbers, and manual dialing. That efficiency translates directly into better performance against the metrics that matter most. Our team is consistently achieving higher call volumes, more live conversations, more meetings booked, and stronger pipeline generation because they're spending their time where it creates the most value.

**What do you like best about Orum?**

The connect rates are higher than on many other platforms that my teams have used, and Boost Connect helps get us in front of the prospects we’re trying to reach. The analytics are excellent for tracking progress and growth, and the coaching tools are really starting to come together.

**What do you dislike about Orum?**

The UI still has room to grow and can feel a bit glitchy at times. I also think it would benefit from more native integrations, or at least more open API options.

It has helped with our cold call connect rates, and given great insights into where people are performing well and have room for growth - so we can see how their cold calls are going and coach where we need to.

I like how I can rotate through several numbers and track my connection rate on each one, which ultimately allows me to have a really good connection rate. Call feedback is also very helpful, reviewing conversations and adding to my talk track.

**What do you dislike about Orum?**

Only improvement I could think of is to be able to better re-organise my call list and the order I dial through, instead of cancelling one's I want to call later.

Improving connection rates as it's taking away the likelihood of my number showing as spam since it cycles through several. AI coaching and feedback is very helpful, adding questions to my talk track and improving what I say.

**What do you like best about Orum?**

I’ve tried a lot of tools in this space over the years, so when I say I’ve been impressed with Orum, I mean it with actual comparison points.

The number swapping is really strong and makes a noticeable difference in connect rates. The HubSpot sync is solid, and the analytics give us visibility we didn’t have before. We also use the AI roleplays and scorecards with our ~30 BDRs, and they’ve been a genuinely useful coaching tool. Reps will often reference how it helped them. Managers get something concrete to coach from. It drives good habits at scale.

**What do you dislike about Orum?**

One thing I’d love to see: a floating widget or plugin that lives inside the CRM so reps can click to dial without switching contexts. Small friction, but it adds up.

**What problems is Orum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Orum allows our team to make high volume calls quickly and connect with prospects. It also gives great feedback from the coaching tools and the prompts we set up.

I like Orum because it makes cold calling faster and more efficient, which helps me book meetings. I appreciate the AI notes feature that takes notes during calls, allowing me to come back later to see what was discussed and what actions need to be taken. The notes list all the important things I ask for, such as email and phone number, so if I misheard something, I can double-check. It's also nice how Orum integrates with our CRM, logging our calls and activities.

I have heard sometimes the calls come up as spam, although I am unsure about this.

I use Orum for making a good amount of cold calls, and it makes the process faster and more efficient. The AI notes are really helpful for reviewing important call details like emails and phone numbers later.

Orum is extremely to easy and has the ability to integrate with Gong Engage and Salesforce. The boost connect feature hows allowed me to book meetings with prospects I have been calling for weeks! I also love that I can "Live Listen" to my teammates calls.

Sometimes it moves to quickly for me, but I need to get better at hitting the "pause button" so I can take a break.

Orum is allowing me to make dials quicker and reach people I haven't been able to reach. This is allowing me to schedule meetings quicker, rule out uninterested or not great fits, and build pipeline.

What I love most is how much it cuts out the dead time. Instead of manually dialing, listening to ringtones, and hitting voicemail boxes, Orum handles all of that in the background. It lets me actually focus on the best part of the job—having real, live conversations with prospects.

**What do you dislike about Orum?**

The parallel dialing can sometimes be a double-edged sword. When two people pick up at the exact same time, you have to 'drop' one of them, which always feels like a missed opportunity. It definitely forces you to think fast on your feet, but I hate knowing I missed a potential live connect.

**What problems is Orum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The Problem It Solves: It solves the issue of manual outreach fatigue—specifically the hours wasted dialing numbers, listening to ringtones, navigating phone trees, and leaving repetitive voicemails.  How It Benefits Me: It keeps my energy high and protects me from burnout. Because Orum handles all the background friction and only bridges me when a real person answers, I get to spend my day actually talking to prospects rather than doing administrative clicking.

**What do you like best about Orum?**

I like using Orum as a dialer, a sales floor, and for AI coaching. It's great for getting a better connect rate across different geographies like APAC, EMEA, and NA, and it helps increase call volume per rep. My favorite feature is the sales floor, especially as a remote-first business. It's challenging to build a salesfloor culture, but Orum makes it easy and provides live feedback. I love that with Orum, we can achieve twice the rep output compared to other sales engagement platforms. The ability to record one way convos in the EMEA regions where data compliance is strict is also beneficial. The setup is super easy; even I, as a BDR manager, was able to do it.

**What do you dislike about Orum?**

There's a couple of features I've been discussing about with Orum. At the moment, it does summaries on a week-by-week basis. I want those coaching summaries turned on permanently - Orum are already working on a fix for this!

**What do you like best about Orum?**

I like how Orum solves a lot of issues with outbound prospects. It keeps our phone numbers from getting spammed out by rotating them, and the local dialer feature massively increases our pickup rates. I appreciate being able to get call transcripts, which help me learn from my calls. The auto dialer is a great improvement for our SDR team, letting us focus on what we need to say. Orum automatically pulls up LinkedIn pages and company websites for every call, so we always have the information in front of us, which allows us to have all the information needed regarding know who we're speaking to. It lets SDRs concentrate on having the best conversation possible. The setup was quite easy, and they teach you everything during the trial, making it easy to get proficient with it quickly.

**What do you dislike about Orum?**

I don't really love the AI role play coaching that Orum offers. I think I just prefer a human role play. But that's just my opinion.

**What problems is Orum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Orum prevents our phone numbers from getting spammed, increases my pickup rates with a local dialer, and provides me with call transcripts for learning. It pulls up LinkedIn and company info automatically, which aids my focus on conversations.

It is user friendly, coaches you on calls, affordable, gives ai insights and integrates with apollo. The support team is quick to reply and my team has great on cold calls since we started. It is quick and easy to use.

I really like that the bridge to connect is the smallest in the market, making connections seamless. I also like the dashboard and how easy it is to find information. The BoostConnect feature is great as it selects the best number based on the person's area code. I also appreciate that I can distribute contacts from hottest to coldest, which has allowed me to connect faster and book more meetings.

**What do you dislike about Orum?**

I would like to see a direct integration with Amplemarket. The SME assigned to our company said there's an API coming in the roadmap, so it's a little detailed, but everything else is great.

**What problems is Orum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Orum for daily cold calling. It helps me filter contacts with the highest connection rates, call multiple contacts at once, and rapidly connect to the first responder. It's easier to make my dials with Orum.

Orum has been great for improving our dialing efficiency and helping our team reach more contacts each day.

**What do you dislike about Orum?**

There are certain tasks that I have to flip back and forth between Gong Engage and Orum to handle within my flows. Overall they are pretty seamlessly integrated, but one off dials, for example, I find myself completing within Gong more easily.

**What problems is Orum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prior to Orum we were struggling with Connect rate and managing our outbound activity in an efficient, organized manner. After implementing Orum, these flows sync clearly from Gong Engage and have allowed us to connect with more admins more quickly, leading to higher quality and quantity top of funnel.

I really like the analytics part of Orum. It helps me track how many objections I handle well and shows how my peers handle the same objections, which is super helpful for improving daily also gives me a benchmark within my team, telling me where I excel and where I need to improve, whether it's handling objections, my CTA, or my tonality.

**What do you dislike about Orum?**

Right now, I think Orum doesn't have this feature where you could segregate your prospects based on different time zones or regions and assign the numbers that matches those exact region's codes. It's all pretty manual. I feel like if it were automated, that'd be really useful.

**What problems is Orum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Orum to dial prospects daily. It provides US numbers across different zones and has contacts readily available. Orum helps me analyze calls and improve my pitch by benchmarking against my team, showing how others handle objections, and ensuring I focus on engaged prospects.

It’s efficient for quickly moving through dials and joining meeting rooms, which helps me connect with coworkers more smoothly in a remote setup. User experience is fabulous and the onboarding process with Kelsey, Terry, and Morgan was amazing!

No problems with the tool so far. Still waiting on other integrations that our company is still working on, but other than that everything has been great.

**What do you like best about Orum?**

The biggest benefit of Orum is the ability to parallel dial. In my previous role, I only had access to power dialing, which meant calling one person at a time and spending a lot of time waiting through rings, voicemails, and no-answers. With Orum, I can dial multiple prospects simultaneously and connect only when a live person answers. That alone massively increased my efficiency, talk time, and overall output. It keeps momentum high and makes outbound calling feel much more effective and intentional.

**What do you dislike about Orum?**
