**What do you like best about Orum?**

I find Orum immensely valuable for its ability to handle parallel dials and power dials, which enhances my productivity by allowing me to contact multiple prospects at once, rather than dialing each one individually. This feature is particularly beneficial when I have a lengthy list of cold prospects, as it saves me significant time and effort. Additionally, Orum's seamless integration with Salesforce stands out to me, as it automatically sends call transcripts that can be effortlessly added to my Salesforce account, streamlining my workflow and ensuring all data is consistently updated across platforms. I also found the initial setup of Orum to be very easy, which further added to the positive experience I have had with this tool.

**What do you like best about Orum?**

Orum helps create efficiencies, and promotes effective cold calling tactics and blocks. It also helps with organization, and saves so much time! The integration between my companies CRM and ORUM was also extremely seamless, and a very user friendly platform. I also love the roleplay features it has, and how it is catered to your industry. Their customer support team is also amazing and quick to respond in the event you need anything. I use it daily!

**What do you dislike about Orum?**

I would not say there is a downside of using Orum, especially when comparing to manual cold calling.

Solving getting people on the phone that I have been trying to forever! It has helped me set a ton of meetings, and also has helped with my time management.

**What do you like best about Orum?**

I really appreciate how Orum significantly streamlines my customer outreach efforts. It's incredible that I can accomplish the majority of what I need to in terms of reaching out to customers in just an hour or two each day. The ability to call a large number of people in much less time than it would usually take is a real game-changer. This efficiency not only allows me to connect with potential clients that I haven't spoken with before, but it also frees up more of my time during the workweek. I love that I can easily load my tags and one-off tasks from Outreach and make calls to six people simultaneously, which is a feature I find particularly advantageous. Overall, Orum's functionalities help me to maximize productivity and manage my time better, making it an invaluable tool in my daily workflow.

Sometimes Orum is laggy and occasionally it doesn't let me start a session.

**What do you like best about Orum?**

I have been using Orum for the past 6 months for outbound cold calls and have been able to complete my tasks in a timely manner, reach more prospects, and gain more confidence over the phone. Cold calling has never been 'fun,' but Orum adds a team element to dialing that makes it a much less painful task and much more enjoyable. I love having the option to dial with my team or catch up on my own. I am a big fan of the multi-dialer as it allows me to cover more ground efficiently. The salesfloor feature, which enables me to make dials with my team, is a great component that enhances teamwork and productivity. Orum saves me time by skipping through dial tones and voicemails, helping me hit my key performance indicators. The initial setup was super easy; we did a pilot and launched about a week later, which speaks volumes about its user-friendliness and ease of integration. With these experiences, I'm pleased to rate Orum a perfect 10 out of 10 when recommending it to friends or colleagues.

**What do you dislike about Orum?**

I run into a lot of mixed-up info or wrong data, such as incorrect phone numbers. For example, when calling a person named 'Kayla Smith,' I often end up reaching someone else with the same name, which causes confusion.

I use Orum to efficiently make outbound cold calls, saving time and increasing my productivity. The multi-dialer and team-oriented salesfloor improve my ability to reach prospects and make the task enjoyable.

**What do you like best about Orum?**

I loved being able to create a list of about 100 prospects, all similar job title, then order my list by company name, and proceed to call blast. Super great way to get through calls, ONLY if you take the time to create a list of quality contacts.

**What do you dislike about Orum?**

My biggest pain point would be integration between salesforce, gong, and orum. Taking notes in Orum may no translate to notes being transferred into salesforce account oe gong.. which can be time consuming.

Also, sometimes to data enrichment tool would give me good new numbers, sometimes not. Also frustrating.

**What problems is Orum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Orum is solving the time issue, of spending time manually dialing each number, which involves loading up new pages and scrolling through websites. With Orum I can just call blitz 100 contacts relatively quickly.

**What do you like best about Orum?**

Orum makes call blocks way more productive. The auto dialer helps me get to more live conversations without wasting time on voicemail and no answers. It keeps me in a steady rhythm, is easy to use, and the workflow feels simple enough that I can focus on the conversation instead of admin.

**What do you dislike about Orum?**

Occasionally call quality or connectivity can be inconsistent, and I wish the reporting were a bit deeper and easier to slice by list, cadence, or outcome. Also, the area codes could have a few more to them in the US (ex: no AZ area codes). 

It is not a dealbreaker, but those are the main areas I would love to see improve!!!

**What problems is Orum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Orum solves the “too much time spent dialing, not enough time spent talking” problem. The auto dialer helps me get through call blocks faster, reduce dead time between attempts, and reach more live conversations in the same window. Net, it makes outbound more consistent and efficient and helps me create more pipeline without adding hours to my day.

I like Orum because it's incredibly user-friendly, allowing even those without technical expertise to navigate it with ease. The initial setup was very straightforward, and we were fully operational in just a few days. I find the AI predictive features to be highly valuable, as they enhance the efficiency of our processes. Additionally, the parallel dialing capabilities and the use of local phone numbers significantly improve the way we connect with prospects. Saves a ton of time with parallel dialing and call screen skipping. Also saves me time by automatically dialling extensions if it's listed within the #. 

Boost connect is great to improve connection rates as well.

If i wanted to take a more targeted approach, power dialing (one at a time) is also an option. Leaves me a lot of flexibility.

A way to open the company website or Salesforce would be nice to have but not a big deal.

I like that I can be doing my other work while all the calls dial on it’s own. Sean Butler met with our company today and showed us the benefits of calling on the salesfloor! He made it super fun and he was actually listening to us call. Sean was great to work with! If anyone has any questions about ORUM, I highly recommend reaching out to him because of how helpful he is.

I have nothing bad to say about Orum. I would recommend Orum to any company that makes a lot of calls everyday!

Orum is helping me reach way more clients and obtain more sales per month. Without Orum I wouldn’t be getting all this commission!

I like how Orum syncs with HubSpot, making all the info I need about the prospect just a button click away. My connection rate has gone up so much thanks to boost connect. We were onboarded and started using the platform pretty quickly.

**What do you dislike about Orum?**

If HubSpot marks someone as 'do not call', there is no way to override this within Orum. Sometimes marketing unsubscribes someone from our communications, but I should still be able to call them. I then have to call through HubSpot instead of Orum.

**What problems is Orum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Orum has significantly improved my connection rate thanks to Boost Connect, and integrates with HubSpot to access all prospect info with just a button click.

**What do you like best about Orum?**

I find Orum incredibly useful for calling large lists of prospects efficiently and accurately. I really like the Parallel dialer, which allows me to call up to 5 numbers simultaneously. The ability to adjust the detector mode is impressive; it ensures that once the software detects someone has picked up, it connects me immediately. I appreciate the seamless integration with Outreach, which was a significant factor in switching from Connect and Sell, alongside Orum's enhanced customization and more accurate data. I also loved how very easy it was to set up Orum; being part of the initial pilot team, I was able to pick it up quickly.

**What do you dislike about Orum?**

I dislike the imperfect synchronization with Outreach. There are 'suggested' dials from Outreach that do not seem to transfer to Orum, which hinders the seamless calling experiences expected. Specifically, calls suggested by Outreach when someone opens my emails multiple times do not appear in Orum, making it challenging to execute the remainder of my call tasks as easily.

The interface is not user-friendly, customer support is very subpar, and it lacks a lot of filters like other similar products in the market

Also, it's integration with Hubspot is very useful as the summary of the call notes are easy to reference

Has allowed me to create alot more dials in a period of time, the connection with outreach is smooth, filters are continuously being added to create targeted list. Customer support is generally responsive and are wiling to be hands on in supporting our best use of the platform.

Can be a lag parallel dialing when connecting to prospects.

Able to better coach and help other sales reps out when we are watching. Call block is a huge benefit in enabling team dynamic, morale and collaboration. 
Really great not having to punch in numbers and having a smooth connection so we're not manually pulling data - able to reach a greater number of prospects in a much smaller amount of time.

I have thoroughly enjoyed my experience with Orum so far. It's fantastic for facilitating connections with more people much faster, which is crucial in my line of work. The setup process was smooth and easy, especially with someone guiding me through the steps, which made learning how to import contacts and start dialing straightforward. **What do you like best about Orum?**

I find Orum incredibly easy to use, which makes the setup process seamless and straightforward. I really appreciate the automatic dialing feature, as it efficiently makes all the calls once set, significantly increasing the number of calls I can make compared to doing it manually. This leads to more conversations and ultimately more sales, enhancing overall productivity. I also like the AI captions feature that allows me to see what's happening on the call before I get patched in, providing valuable context and preparation. Furthermore, the integration with HubSpot is excellent; Orum easily pulls lists from HubSpot, making it convenient and effective to manage my contacts. My experience with Orum has been so positive that I would highly recommend it to others. It genuinely works for our needs without any issues.

**What do you like best about Orum?**

I have been using Orum for over one year for sales prospecting, and I find it incredibly easy to set up and use. The setup process was straightforward and streamlined, allowing us to get up and running quickly with the help of numerous resources. The availability of Orum employees to assist with any questions made the setup experience seamless. Orum has empowered our business development team to significantly scale the volume of phone calls made, substantially increasing the number of conversations we have on a weekly and monthly basis. This increase directly translates to more opportunities in our sales pipeline, positively impacting our business goals. I find the parallel dialing feature particularly valuable, as it has drastically increased our call volume and enhanced our team's efficiency. The integration with Outreach is a huge benefit, as it allows us to make faster progress through our sequences and reach a higher number of prospects daily and weekly.

**What do you dislike about Orum?**

I am not fully satisfied with the current UI of Orum. The interface feels a bit complex, and simplifying the look and feel of the platform would be a significant improvement. Specifically, the dropdown menu for selecting specific sequences is somewhat inconspicuous as it is placed off to the side of the panel. Enhancing this section to make it more prominent and noticeable would ensure that users can easily identify what sequence they are engaging with. Additionally, I feel the software would greatly benefit from more AI features. For instance, having call transcripts available for reference would add considerable value, helping users to review and analyze important call details at a later date.

**What problems is Orum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Orum empowers our business development team by significantly increasing phone call volume, enhancing the number of conversations and building more pipeline. The parallel dialing feature boosts call volume and speeds up progress through call lists, improving prospecting velocity and workflow efficiency.

Using multi-dialling can increase the number of calls you make in a given period, potentially improving your chances of reaching more people. In contrast, calling one number at a time allows for a more focused approach, but it may be less efficient if you need to contact a large list. The choice between these methods depends on your goals and the volume of calls you need to handle.

The seamless interaction with Outreach complements my use of Orum by maintaining an organized call sequence, adding to my workflow efficiency. I am particularly fond of the substantial time savings it brings by negating the need to wait for individual calls to connect, automatically selecting whoever answers. The setup was smooth, and everything was easy to configure as a user, contributing to a hassle-free experience.

The bite-sized video guides and the searchable help center are incredibly helpful and made the transition seamless. The parallel dialing feature saves a great deal of time, allowing me to make more dials as I don’t need to worry about taking notes during calls—Orum handles that for me, enabling me to actively listen. The real-time insights and easy integration with Salesforce are highly beneficial, automatically logging interactions back so the entire team stays informed and aligned. I find the post-call summaries especially useful as they help me follow up accordingly, ensuring I don’t forget any important details. The integration with Salesforce ensures all activities are logged automatically, keeping everyone on the same page. The ease of use, ease of integration, and collaborativeness of Orum would certainly convince me to choose it again.

I find the current level of customization on post-call workflows lacking, particularly concerning Salesforce integration. Not much! Only issue is it sometimes doesn’t always push the information back into outreach right away, but that is outreach’s fault because outreach does not give full integration permissions to Orum
