What do you like best about OptiMantra?

After switching to OptiMantra, I realized how amazing the system is! It doesn't just allow for charting (and the quick test is spot on!) but it integrates with lab companies for ease of ordering and interpreting labs, you can flag them for watch too! I love how I can create tasks for myself and never miss out on patient care. I am able to easy email chart notes to patients and the patient portal is INVALUABLE! I have a link for online booking and the integration with my personal calendar ensures I never accidentally book a patient. Last is the 2 most important if you get this far... cost and customer service. Best bang for your buck by far and the customer service team is remarkable at how quickly your get responses and their desire to improve not just my clinic, but the entire platform. What do you dislike about OptiMantra?

The log in process and verification is irritating at times. I have trouble with iPad integration but they are working on it. And the face map charting if you do aesthetics is less than ideal for details and accuracy. Wouldn't recommend for a high volume aesthetic practice or dermatology along. Fortunately I am integrative with Functional Medicine and Aesthetics and it works well for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OptiMantra?

The most challenging obstacle is the onboarding process, especially when you aren't even sure what you need to learn. However, I have to praise the ongoing midday training sessions—they cover everything from the basics to more complex topics and have been incredibly helpful. What do you like best about OptiMantra?

Our practice has been with Optimantra since the inception and development of the current software, and both endured the down side of development as well as the upside, as with any ongoing software design and development there will be some problems. But, Optimantra has proved to be a robust and fully functional tool in our multidisciplinary practice and has saved us time and increased our organizational skills with patient processing and files. On calendar would like a place to push 1 week, 1 month, 3, month, ect.... to book follow ups. Had this on a previous EHR and was convenient versus counting the weeks to schedule follow ups.

What do you like best about OptiMantra?

The interface is easy to see and use. My patients seem to be able to navigate it well and Optimantra is always trying to improve their EHR. I have had great Customer Service. Brandy has helped get information that I needed with ease and took the time to show me how to use Optimantra in a step by step format. The owner has taken my suggestions for additions of featured services. Dr. Susan has helped with step by step instructions on how to use Optimantra. They have great video and written manual on how to use Optimantra. I am very happy to have found Optimantra after 30 years being in practice. I love Optimantra and would recommend it to everyone.
