Several things. It is difficult to track a patient's journey. When you send out labs/orders, all the tasks for each patient visit, etc. You don't have any easy way of seeing that everything has been done or where it was sent. Several features (like group emails) and others are fairly useless (go to spam, patients never see it).
Most importantly, for about a year I have struggled with not being able to open faxes and documents (lab and imaging results etc). You need this feature to see a patient's lab/imaging results (not listed elsewhere in the chart). I've tried everything support has recommended. No one seems to be able to help me. I have spent a HUGE amount of time on this issue, daily frustration, it impacts patient care, etc. It has been "sent to engineering" for months without any help/resolution. This system creates A LOT of extra work for me and has been frustrating. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
