The account management team is also amazing to work with. I also appreciated the dedication from the Octup team during the initial setup, ensuring our manual processes were minimal. **What do you dislike about Octup?** I would like more visibility into the data that is creating the metrics. Being able to see the specific orders and pull reports like which orders fell outside of the set SLAs would be very helpful to use for continuous improvement internally.
