User-Friendly Daily Monitoring with Fast Feature Updates and Great Support
I love that the system is very user-friendly, has great customer support, and implementation of features we request fast and easy.
I use OctUp every day to monitor our on-time fulfillment rate and the warehouse overview channel. I also love that they implemented an AI assistance bot that helps navigate finding things that you may not know where they are. Keep it up!

I really like how easy it is to navigate Octup's single dashboard, which keeps everything in one place. I also appreciate the 'ask Octup' feature, which is their AI tool. Empowers Warehouse Teams with Customizable Reporting
I find the customization of reporting boards in Octup very helpful for our different warehouse teams to see what is most important to them. The ability to set custom reporting boards is unique, allowing me to set different metrics for a few boards, which means specific boards for different department management teams without the need to filter through irrelevant information. The account management team is also amazing to work with. I also appreciated the dedication from the Octup team during the initial setup, ensuring our manual processes were minimal.
