**What do you like best about Notifi?**

I love Notifi. It has a very good scheduling feature that allows me to track each day individually under the same job and see progress as the project progresses. The estimating section is laid out very well with options for systems and individual items, allowing easy bundling of services under one line item. Invoicing is quick, simple, and looks professional, with the ability to convert estimates into invoices, pulling all pertinent information into one place for a final check. The layout of Notifi is very easy to navigate, requiring very little troubleshooting. The initial setup was very simple, especially for technicians using the mobile app. For admins, it's easy to use, and after a short period, you get settled in. I think Notifi is a fantastic resource and tool for project management and all the different processes that flow through it.

I am very satisfied with Notifi as it is.

**What problems is Notifi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Notifi simplifies my invoicing and estimating process, making them quick, simple, and professional. The scheduling feature helps me track daily progress under the same job. It's easy to navigate and requires little troubleshooting.

**What do you like best about Notifi?**

I like how Notifi simplifies my work by managing customer calls, emails, and text messages all in one place. It's an all-in-one platform where I can send estimates, invoices, and schedule delivery guys, which really helps me manage my business efficiently. The feature that stands out the most is communication transitioning into estimating, invoicing, and getting paid. It is the most helpful thing for me. The automations are great because I don't have to handle office admin work as much as I would otherwise. I appreciate how the system sends automated reminders, which speeds up approvals for estimates and helps me get paid quicker. The initial setup was really easy, with the team handling the account creation and data migration smoothly. They provided detailed onboarding for my staff and were patient with us when we faced any issues.

**What do you dislike about Notifi?**

Not too much right now. Maybe the ability to have employee-to-employee communications right on the platform.

**What problems is Notifi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Notifi centralizes communication, making it easier to manage customer interactions and track deliveries. It automates office admin tasks like estimating and invoicing, reducing manual work and speeding up approvals and payments.

**What do you like best about Notifi?**

I really appreciate how Notifi enables me to send estimates very quickly, which is crucial for my roofing company. Their customer support is commendable, and I love how proactive they are when it comes to customizing the system to fit the specific needs of my business. This helps me create a unique image for my clients. Additionally, the initial setup of Notifi was very easy, which made the transition smooth for me and my team of around 7 people.

**What do you like best about Notifi?**

I like Notifi for its ease of operation. The customer service has been great; Robert really helped us with the implementation and educating others on how to use the new program. We've transitioned from a basic notepad system to this, and it's been a significant upgrade for us, completely changing the way we operate our business.

Their is nothing to dislike about Notifi

**What problems is Notifi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Notifi for scheduling, billing, and sending email and SMS notifications to customers. It solves the problem of outdated software by offering SMS texting, dispatching, and routing, which our previous system lacked.

**What do you like best about Notifi?**

We use texting quote significantly for our jobs and streamlining it into 1 place for quotes, invoices and regular texting is a game changer for us.

**What do you dislike about Notifi?**

Least used feature for us is scheduling. Maybe we'll start using it eventually.

**What problems is Notifi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1. Quoting / invoicing via text - a lot of our clients are not email sophesticated. Quoting / invoicing via text is one of the biggest benifits. 
2. Texting is very organized - Sending job photos, quoting, invoicing, normal communication - all in one place helps stay organized.
