I like that Netcore Customer Engagement Platform is easy to use and very similar to most systems, meaning not a lot of learning is needed. There's really good support from the account management and customer support teams. I appreciate that if there are any concerns or challenges, I can proactively reach out, and they support us very quickly. The product usage is straightforward, especially if you've used any Customer Engagement Platform system before, which makes it easy to learn and start using. This ease of use allows us to onboard any employee into the team quickly.

Sometimes there are issues and bugs. Sometimes, it does tend to be a little bit up and down, which can be improved further by tech. The email and the verification sometimes lack a little bit. The SDK needs to be updated quite regularly, which is a challenge.

It has given us one central place to manage customer engagement. Whether we’re supporting the direct marketing team with segmentation or bringing shoppable emails into the mix, the platform has genuinely opened up a new avenue for us as a team.

I’d like to see more additional integrations. I know the API documentation supports virtually endless integrations, but that also comes with development costs. Having more out-of-the-box integrations would really help.

I appreciate its performance at scale, which is much better compared to our previous platform. The platform's ability to handle emails well, along with the prompt resolution of any issues with good communication, is really valuable. Being able to target users via push notifications based on email and app interactions has opened new opportunities for growth and revenue. The dedicated account manager and the platform's support bring valuable experience and ideas that help us grow our business. Moreover, switching to Netcore greatly improved our ability to segment our customers.

The reporting with Netcore is generally good; however, connecting to our existing BI platforms could be improved by providing APIs for data reporting. An API to automate the process of importing the data into our BI platform would help us review our business in one place.

I like that Netcore Customer Engagement is well equipped and supports customization to suit unique business needs.
With the tool, we have an easy time mapping customer journey to be able to personalize content that would meet their needs hence making marketing easy.
The software makes personalization of our marketing easy and we're able target specific audiences and this improves marketing performance. 
The tool comes with amazing marketing capabilities which includes SMS Marketing, marketing automation and SMS marketing all which increases our marketing success. 
The platform also comes with amazing digital adoption features and has been seamless ever since deployment.

Netcore came onboard with us within less than 24 hours after our main email platform crashed. We were able to get campaigns out the next day as planned. We are happy with the platform and the hands-on service.

The authentication. if I close the tab and go back in, I have to re-do authentication instead of it allowing me based off the first authentication.

One of the standout features of the Netcore CE Platform is its segmentation capabilities. I can create segments using a variety of metrics, such as email opens, clicks, push notification clicks, and all the attributes I have uploaded to the panel.

The platform is user-friendly and extremely effective in practice. Their AMP capability is unmatched in the market. They excel at implementing AMP Emails, and the use cases they recommend have significantly improved engagement.

Nothing much but sometimes when i upload large data it take sometime to reflect in panel. It can be more fast.

The flexible design options make it easy for nudges to integrate smoothly with the app’s UI, resulting in a truly native in-app experience. With a broad selection of nudge types available, it’s possible to optimize for various use cases and user journeys. The Customer Success Team has also been very supportive throughout onboarding and has been quick to help us with any questions.

**What do you dislike about Netcore Customer Engagement Platform?**

Setting up specific nudge types, like tooltips or beacons, can take a bit of time since they need to be tested on paired devices to confirm correct placement and operation. Additionally, having to configure Android and iOS separately adds some extra work. A more streamlined, unified setup process would make things more efficient. The analytics dashboard could also benefit from offering more detailed insights and user-level data, which would help with analyzing campaign performance after launch.

We carried out a proof of concept for one of our newly launched product verticals, Flip Deals. Although the launch was strong, Flip Deals has faced challenges with user adoption and conversion. This is evident from its low discoverability, a high drop-off rate throughout the user funnel, and missed opportunities for cross-selling to high-intent users. Netcore Nudges turned out to be significantly more effective than our existing out-of-app channels, such as push notifications, resulting in increased engagement and higher conversion rates.

I like the customer journey personalization on Netcore. I can create audiences based on certain parameters, then automate communications to my customers when they meet the criteria. Also, the customer success team at Netcore are usually helpful when we need clarity or help on something

The SMS system we use is not pre-configured on Netcore. Our tech team needed to manually add it to Netcore. However, I understand Netcore can not possibly have all third-party apps preconfigured on their platform

I like the Netcore platform and how easy it was to implement. We use it very often and easily implement the campaigns & automation journeys through multiple channels. The ability to segment a user's behavior on a real time basis is a huge advantage.  The AI features can help us to test and optimize messaging, subject lines & timing for better performance. Additionally, the team is also responsive and helpful.

When you're new, it takes a bit of time to fully understand the features. Once a few campaign templates get approved, we cannot make any changes and have to create them again for further steps.

Customer support is also available, that could help in several tasks, such as mail scoring and assistance. AI Features also available, such as STO, Subject-Line Generator. AMP template is also supported, which helped to provide variations to user.

It is not customizable to the user's preference, in terms of UI, reporting/exported data. Also, AI feature need to be checked regularly in order to ensure it is optimized and up to date. For STO, we did not see any difference in terms of result, comparing to sending without STO. Updates are not as often done for the platform.
