What I find most useful about N-able Take Control is how easy it is to add an endpoint for remote assistance. You can generate a short link or a code for the end user, who can either click the link or enter the code on the remote control site. This process downloads the support agent for them to install, allowing the technician to quickly connect and provide help, and it is very frequently used for clients who do not have RMM installed on their endpoints. It is also seamlessly integrated with N-Able RMM which makes it a breeze to use. I've not had to use customer support for this due to the simple nature of the product. My least favorite aspect of N-able Take Control is the installation process for the agent. It is more complicated than just clicking an install button, as the user has to go through several windows and prompts, which can be challenging, especially for someone who is already stressed. Additionally, the software does not automatically remove or uninstall itself once the session ends. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
