It si very straigh forward, easy to manage from HR/Recruuter perspecitve and from candidates perspective as well. The whole interview takes un to 5-10 min to register. They got complacent after they raised money. The product has been the same for 12 months. You cannot export the videos in any way, their support is terrible, sales team is terrible. They took 5 days to answer a basic question. Their price is 5 TIMES the competitor who offers the same service but better! They do NOT integrate with BambooHR.

I disliked that multiple team members could not sort through the candidates from their own personal page. Some of s had different oppinions on responses and graded them differently. This tool saved me hours of time by allowing me to screen for english language proficiency in a short 2 minute video. Before using My Interview, I would schedule introductory zoom interviews with candidates, but even great applicants on paper, could be disqualified due to their english.
