Moka AI Reviews & Product Details

Moka AI (formerly MokaHR) is an applicant tracking system (ATS) and AI-powered recruiting automation solution that helps enterprise and multinational HR and talent acquisition teams manage the full hiring process — from sourcing and resume screening to interviewing, candidate relationship management, and offer — within a single platform. Founded in 2015 and headquartered in Singapore, with in-region teams in Hong Kong and Kuala Lumpur, Moka AI is used by 3,000+ organizations worldwide, including more than 30% of the Fortune 500, and supports over one million HR professionals across the Asia-Pacific region and beyond. The platform is built for recruiting teams that hire at scale across multiple countries, languages, and job types. Core capabilities include: - Applicant tracking system: resume parsing, candidate pipeline management, job requisition tracking, and a branded career site. - AI resume screening: automated shortlisting that ranks candidates against role requirements, reported to deliver about 3x faster screening than manual review with high alignment to manual results. - AI and AI-assisted interviewing: conduct AI-led interviews that automatically ask and evaluate candidate responses, or run live interviews with AI assistance such as real-time transcription and suggested questions. Both modes generate structured interview summaries that shorten feedback cycles and support consistent evaluations. - Recruiting automation: configurable workflows for interview scheduling, candidate communication, and stage progression that reduce time-to-hire. - Talent CRM and analytics: talent pools for nurturing candidates, plus dashboards and reporting on pipeline health and hiring performance. Moka AI connects with tools that HR teams already use, including job boards such as LinkedIn, JobsDB and regional job boards, Lark, calendar and messaging platforms, and existing eHR/HRIS systems. It is applied across industries such as retail, hospitality, biopharma, smart manufacturing, and Web3, and supports high-volume, cross-border recruiting for organizations operating throughout the Asia-Pacific region. The platform meets enterprise security and privacy standards, including SOC 2, ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 27701, and GDPR compliance.
