What do you like best about MobileAction?

I work on both ASA and ASO, and MobileAction has been a huge time-saver for me. What I really like is how the platform is structured - there’s AdsManager for paid campaigns and the many ASO tools, and switching between the two is seamless.

AdsManager is really easy to use. It lets you manage everything — from keywords to creative sets — in one place, which makes it much easier to optimize campaigns. I also like that you can handle multiple apps from the same dashboard, so you don’t have to switch between different accounts all the time.

On the ASO side, I rely heavily on MobileAction for keyword research. The visibility score, competitor tracking, and keyword suggestions are all incredibly helpful for identifying high-potential terms and measuring progress.

For ASO, I mainly use it for keyword research and competitor tracking. For example, the ASO reports and keyword trends give me a clear view of what’s working and where there’s room to grow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MobileAction?

Since the platform is quite large and full of features, I occasionally run into small bugs or glitches. But to be fair, the CMS manager and support team are quick to respond and fix things. What do you like best about MobileAction?

i like best the easy usage of the platform.

implementation of idea's we come up with together are very quick.

daily usage of the tool.

integration is simple.

What do you dislike about MobileAction?

they are certain metrics that some times not make sense within ads managers - not the imported ones for AA, but those developed within mobile action.

What do you like best about MobileAction?

What do you dislike about MobileAction?

I'd be happy if I had more places to see how our competitors are working within Apple Search Ads- more keyword details, budgets, and so on. I think the advantage of Mobile Action is its competitor analysis, which is a point missing in Apple Search for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

MobileAction has been really useful for refining our campaigns. What do you like best about MobileAction?

We came over from a competitor product due to a few reasons, luckily this opened us to scoping where a lot of products we wanted were already made available to MobileAction + SearchAds.

OVERALL

- Easy integration - starting with Apple Search Ads (ASA) and eventually our Mobile Measurement Partner (MMP)

- Responsive customer support - We provide feedback constantly via slack and find most product or general questions are answered instantly

- Ability to integrate and review performance across ASO + ASA bringing keywords is easy

- This tool has become an integral part of our day to day on ASA. The automations help us make well thought out bid updates on a daily/weekly/monthly without us diving too deep, taking out the guess work

PAID

- Budget automations whether to average daily budget similar to the platform and daily cap to pause campaigns when daily spend is hit

- There aren’t limits to ways to optimize we currently have our campaigns optimizing to Install, share of voice (SoV - new), top of funnel event, down funnel event, and eventually revenue

- Ability to create alerts based on SoV on brand terms so we know when a competitor is bidding up on us.

- Reporting in local currency and USD this was a big challenge for us as previous competitor we used didn’t have a way to view local with a USD conversion

- Ability to automate discovery campaigns to find the best keywords and push it to a holding campaign for us as an exact match

ORGANIC

- One of the bonuses for us is having one product that we can do ASO + ASA on, allowing us to just have one contract versus two

- The data from MobileAction is what our ASO agency uses and pulls data from

What do you dislike about MobileAction?

Not all products are perfect and there is always room to improve. The team is open to feedback and work hard to address our concerns. I found as the product is very robust, it takes awhile to figure out all the bells and whistles. These also tend to be more wishes than dislikes, but I wish there was a way to automate our incrementality/switchback tests, multiselect using hot keys like shift, and being able to filter or create pivot tables. What do you like best about MobileAction?

MobileAction and its product Search Ads is one of the tools we use in our User Acqusition activities and marketing strategies, particularly in market research and Apple Search Ads (ASA) optimization. One of the best thing i can say about them is their customer support, which is always ready to answer us with any questions and advise us to help reach our KPI's. Also MobileAction's automation feature has immensely improved our ASA optimization tasks. Hence, we can focus more on strategy rather than dealing with manual tasks and fine tuning the campaings. MobileAction also offers automation templates which are ready to use rules for those who are unfamiliar with automation. MobileAction and Search Ads is currently essential part of our daily workflow. What do you dislike about MobileAction?

While the UI of Search Ads is practical, it may take some getting used to. Also, the filter system in ads manager tab could use some improvements. There are times when filters need to be deselected manually, which can be a bit time consuming. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Dashboard itself has a well-designed UI & UX.
