I have been been using it for year with Microsoft Dynamics Nav and also some custom applications in the automotive industry, and we have never had any problem. In fact, we used the Port Mirroring feature in order to provide high availability and it always worked perfectly. In the last versions, you can provide high availability with the Always On feature, which is still better than Port Mirroring.
