SharePoint has limited support to begin with, in my experience it was learning on the job instead of being trained to use the system. Additionally there is currently, in the configuration I use, no AI system which could aid in the finding of certain files should you not know exactly what to search. Everyone works off the same version of a file instead of emailing attachments back and forth, and the co-authoring means multiple people can edit at once without overwriting each other.
