We use it extensively to store and manage key integration artifacts, including business requirement documents (BRDs), mapping files, and design specifications for our integration processes. I use SharePoint for storing documents for my team. We can seamlessly collaborate. I also love that it's web-based and can be accessed from anywhere. SharePoint has limited support to begin with, in my experience it was learning on the job instead of being trained to use the system. Additionally there is currently, in the configuration I use, no AI system which could aid in the finding of certain files should you not know exactly what to search. What I like best is having one central place for all our documents and team collaboration. Everyone works off the same version of a file instead of emailing attachments back and forth, and the co-authoring means multiple people can edit at once without overwriting each other.
