"Simplifies Accounting with Seamless Communication"
What do you like best about Medius?

I really like the approval process and the communication with the AP department. I can see all the coding on the screen, see the invoice, and then approve it or capture mistakes. It's very easy to use, and it has a great communication dialogue feature between me and AP. The system simplifies the AP portion of our business, allowing for very easy communication anytime with the accounts payable department because it provides 24/7 access. Regardless of how busy the days get, we can do it pretty much anywhere by logging in. I like that Medius works well with our Microsoft single sign-on, making it very easy to use. Additionally, it simplifies the AP reconciliation process, eliminating the need for manual Excel ledgers and allowing us to catch mistakes and issues more efficiently. I also love that the setup is very easy, and the AP department likes the program. I would give it a 10, as I love the system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Medius?

What do you like best about Medius?

I really like how Medius' Autonomous AP has shifted our workflow from managing an entire process to just managing exceptions, which has dramatically changed our role from being data processors to data overseers. Since implementing Procurement, GoStudent has benefitted

in numerous areas.

First, and perhaps most important, is cost control. The team can now see and approve each area of spend by category, cost center, and project. What do you like best about Medius?

How simple it is to use for invoices. It is very easy to process through and push to managers and it is easy for them to tag us in it if there are any issues. Very user friendly! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Medius?

One thing I dislike is if I tag a manager in an invoice and it needs to go to another manager, they cannot click on the email link. We have to tag the new manager for them to open it up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
